We vacation on the cape with my husbands family every year. This house was by far our favorite. There is so much space for multiple families to enjoy. The outdoor space/pool are amazing. All linens and towels provided and the property is very clean and accommodating. We had an amazing week and will definitely be renting again. So many wonderful memories!!

We had an amazing week enjoying the house, pool and beach with friends and family. Property was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Ruth was great and made us feel very welcome!

First time renting with Vrbo and it was so easy. This is a fabulous home with a great location and has everything a person would need. It was delightful, just as bright and comfortable as the pictures, tucked away on a quiet road but within easy drives to everything we wanted to do. Ruth was very accommodating, and her communication and thorough instructions were clear and helpful and she responded to any inquiry quickly. Highly recommend this property!

All three generations of our 9 member family had a week exceeding our expectations. The house, pool and grounds were immaculate and located in a beautiful area. Every amenity was included and the property owner was responsive to our questions and needs. There was a good choice of restaurants, shopping and beaches. We could ask for nothing more.

Thanksgiving in Osterville
This is a lovely home, located in a beautiful subdivision in Osterville. It is immaculate, with lovely grounds. We stayed in the home during Thanksgiving, while visiting family. The owner of the home was easy to work with and we were very comfortable with our stay.
