Bella cabina 15 min. dallo stadio di Clemson. Nuovissimo per il mercato degli affitti. Con i soffitti della cattedrale, questa casa offre una pianta aperta che tutti possono radunare. 8 posti letto con 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni e 2 soggiorni, c'è spazio per tutti. Ripida pendenza dal lago alla casa con scale pavimentate. Tram in arrivo Primavera '20. Pozzo del fuoco con legno fornito. Grande ponte e veranda coperta. Ampio molo coperto per la tua barca con solarium al secondo piano di 650 piedi quadrati. 2 box auto. Calcio balilla al piano di sotto e tavolo da ping pong in garage. Canoa, paddlebaords e giubbotti di salvataggio forniti.

The house was very impressive. We played golf most the time, but it was really nice to relax on the water after we got done.

We had an amazing week celebrating a couple of milestone birthdays and our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. This house had everything we could possibly want & the layout worked well with the additional living space in the basement. The tram is a WONDERFUL feature that allowed all generations to get down to the waterfront & enjoy the boat we rented from a local marina. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time, beautiful view from the house which sits on a hill quite a bit above the lake. Tram is definitely a good addition. Everyone enjoyed the foosball, ring toss, ping pong, and air hockey. Along with the firepit, perfect for a chilly winter football playoff weekend. Location is perfect, 15 min to Clemson and 25 minutes to some beautiful hiking and waterfalls in the mountains. Highly suggest a quick trip up to Whitewater falls, easy fully accessible trail to see a true beauty. We will definitely try to spend another weekend at the house when the weather is warmer and we can use the dock and lake. Thanks!
