Nuovo riscaldatore. 1 miglio dal comprensorio sciistico di June Mountain. A pochi passi dai sentieri escursionistici. Pesca direttamente fuori dalla porta principale in un piccolo ruscello. Walikng distanza da ristoranti e negozi. Situato in posizione centrale nel circuito del lago di giugno. 1 notte di benvenuto per la tua escursione in California.

Screen door was locked , couldn’t open the entrance door . One tv in the bedroom with 2 beds wasn’t functioning because it was the wrong remote . Staff (Connie) was quick to respond to the issues though , which was a relief . Heater was in need of adjustment especially being that the weather was very cold .

The property was in a quiet location with lots of trees. The parking spots for this condo were in an area with a very tight driveway, where you had to navigate pine trees to get into it. The unit itself was in a state of repair where drywall had been done on the wall, but not painted. It was a very comfortable unit and we had a great time. I think it was overpriced for the condition that it was in.

Stayed here in June. The condo was clean and was fine for our busy days spent outdoors.

The location was good for us. Parking is very limited and tight. The condo is in dire need of paint and a little facelift. Make sure you read the list of amenities. There is no dish washer or laundry. The closets had a bunch of junk stored in them. BBQ worked great, kitchen wasn’t too bad. Check in was easy and it was ready early.
