LA TERRAZZA85 is one of the most peaceful and scenic locations of the village of Manarola with a unique view of both the town and the sea.
The apartment consists of one double bedroom,one bathroom with shower, living room with sofa overlooking the great sea view terrace. The private garden over 20m long. very quiet and with a spectacular view where a large iron table is placed in the shade of a green pergola. The welcoming and comfortable interior spaces are complemented by air conditioning, but if you prefer a more natural breeze there are also the ceiling fans .
The large outdoor spaces as well as the interiors ones allow you to spend a holiday in the utmost tranquility and privacy, enjoying a unique and unforgettable place.

L'appartamento e' costituito da camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con divano affacciati sulla grandissima terrazza vista mare . IL giardino privato è lungo oltre 20m. molto silenzioso e con vista spettacolare dove un grande tavolo in ferro e' posto all'ombra di una pergola centenaria. Gli spazi interni accoglienti e confortevoli sono dotati di impianto di aria condizionata e anche di ventilatori a pale posti a soffitto, nel caso si preferisca un raffrescamento più naturale.
I grandi spazi esterni che permettono di trascorrere una vacanza nel massimo della tranquillita' e della privacy , godendo di un luogo unico ed indimenticabile.

Our host Lorella was excellent to deal with whenever we had questions before and during our visit. The apartment is spotless and comfortable, but it was the large balcony overlooking the beautiful town of Maranola and the blue azure waters truly magical. We loved our visit. Ciao

We loved our stay in Lorella's apartment. She gave us a very thorough introduction to her place and there is a "manual" with a map and recommended restaurants. We tried two of them and both were wonderful. She also booked luggage transport to and from the station for us. I would highly recommend this service. Yes, there are many stairs but it is so worth it for the views. We are in our 60s and made the walk multiple times a day. So certainly manageable for those in reasonably good shape. Cozy apartment, highly recommended!

We stayed in the La Terrazza 85 apartment for 3 nights and loved it.If you are looking for that quaint Italian town feel, this is it.The kitchen had enough for the 2 of us.The bed was comfortable .The day bed in the living area is also. The main selling point is the veiw from the patio.Absolutely stunning. Be warned, you do not want to pack too much.There is no elevator at the train station or anywhere else. You will get your steps in. Our host Lorella could not have been more helpful. We would stay here again!

This is a a roof top apartment that is clean, has comfortable beds and the most fantastic view you could ask for! It is not a 5 star luxury hotel. It has a small fridge that you can keep drinks, yogurt, cheese and other items. There is a kettle to make tea and coffee as well as as a stove with two burners. You can make oatmeal or soup but not a dinner so you have to go out to many of the good restaurants in the area for a meal. We ordered take out twice and ate on the patio as the sun set. You couldn’t have a more perfect sunset view while having dinner anywhere in the world.
The only warning I have is that you are at the top of town and that means you have to carry your luggage up hill. My 60 years old wife managed her bag but she is fit. If you can walk the hill trails in Cinque Terre you will be ok with the stairs getting to this apartment. Yes I would recommend this to my friends and I would go back again.
