Close to all fun things for kids other than the beach. Close walk to the hangout and gift shops. Very short drive to the pier(could walk if wanted to. Nice pool. Room was clean with provided towels and linens. Shopping’s carts available to carry all you stuff up. Balcony was nice and roomy. Security on site.

Beachfront property. Doesn't get better than that! Also has a wonderful security guard that keeps an eye on the guests and property. This has to be the safest place that we have ever stayed.

Everything is very convenient and each bedroom is private. Beds are very comfortable. Looking forward to staying in this unit again. Location and balcony is great.

Loved the location and the views
Floors were dirtier than most, and the couch stunk like BUTT Crack.. The living room needs to be updated with new furniture. Don't rent the chairs at the beach. People will sit lots of umbrellas and chairs in front, and you will not have a beach view or be able to watch your kids play in the ocean.

San Carlos is great!
The front door inside look was broken, easy for small children to open and leave. The sliding doors also no lock, and can hear wind whistling through hole where lock was removed

I received the codes on a timely manner. Excellent communications. Great access to the beach for my grandchildren.
We actually loved this property and will use in the future.

Great location. Beautiful view. Love the king bed / jetted tub. Spacious
The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. I would not consider this an option for anyone to sleep on. The condo best sleeps 6 max. Remotes did not work.

it was lean. A/C worked great. Layout was comfortable for our group, even the sofa bed. Booking was easy. Pool was clean and loved the shady areas. Balcony was spacious with a beautiful view.
Couldn’t find a broom to clean up some sand we drug in. The thermostat was flashing that the battery was low, but it did not affect the A/C from cooling. Those were just little things, and it did not make me dislike the property. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool and location
Condo smelled when we walked in. Thermostat did not work properly. Went by 3rd floor to report and they said we would have to call third party. We had already placed our things there and they told us they did not know when repairman would come, but we could be notified. Not what you want to do on vacation. Because of conditions, we left at 4am on Sunday morning, way earlier than what we had planned. Very disappointed for the outrageous rental amount!!
