We really enjoyed the place it was cozy and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. However the kitchen had everything except coffee filters. The front door is also difficult to close. we had to use the deadbolt to keep it closed. The remote for the TV in the master bedroom doesnt work on some of th buttons. we couldnt turn the TV off or on nor could we change the volume. It would however let us change the channel. Please speak the individual with the Dark red truck and trailer that parks behind the covered parking. We had to practically hit their trailer getting out. You may also want to invest in a more robust wireless access point in the condo as we had to limit the amount of devices connected. We had 6 people there, and were getting kicked off of it periodically over our entire stay.

We loved the location of this apartment, the layout, and the common areas. The open kitchen, dining, and living room was super comfortable for my family. The bedrooms left a bit to be desired: the blinds need replaced ASAP as they don't shut enough light out and there are BRIGHT lights immediately outside the windows. Also, there are built-in nightlights that cannot be turned off: we all had to pile stuff into front of them to block the light. We can't say we slept well...but we liked the rest of the experience! Bring eye masks.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The only small negative is that the queen bed in one of the guest rooms is not comfortable. Otherwise, we are happy we chose this place.

The house had plenty of beds and baths for our 5-person stay. Everyone enjoyed having a few puzzles and board games on hand to fill up some of the idle time. We made use of the grill to cook up steak and found that the kitchen was stocked with required dishes and utensils.
There are two areas of improvement that would make this property perfect. The first, related to the grilling, was having some basic cooking items. A prior guest had left some pepper, but we had to go purchase salt and cooking oil. With such a well-stocked kitchen we thought it could be improved by having some of the most common supplies on hand.
The second, and more important, is the amount of ambient light in the bedrooms is intense. The condo complex has a lot of lighting in the area and it shines through the windows. This is further coupled by outlet plates that have built in night lights that can't be turned off. As a light sensitive sleeper, this made getting to sleep very difficult.
I found the beds pretty standard, but I'd also recommend bringing your own pillows if you're used to something with a lot more padding.

We stayed at That Perfect Place over Memorial Day weekend. The location was fantastic - close to town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean upon arrival and stocked with the amenities that we needed. My only suggestion would be to provide bath mats for the bathrooms as the floor got quite wet after showers. We loved the patio space and all the games. Very family-friendly. It truly was the perfect place and we hope to stay again in the future.

This is a large space that is great for a family or two families and it allows dogs. Can be confusing to find so follow the directions they give you, not Siri or google. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, there are several Rokus and games to play. That being said, it does need a bit of love. Heater is master bedroom did not work, but as we were leaving we saw a space heater in a box in a closet. So if you get cold, check the closets. The master bathroom had some more serious issues that we were told they would fix after our stay, but the other bathroom was fully functioning. I would give it 2.5 stars because for the price, the issues were a bit overwhelming.

We had a great time in Leavenworth for the Memorial Day weekend. A Perfect Place worked well for the 5 of us and seemed to have everything that we needed. The only suggestion we had was to bring your own pillows. The location was great and was within a mile of town. We ended up driving to town, but you could walk with no problem.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We will be back for our next time in Leavenworth, WA. The rooms are big, with full kitchen, laundry, and living room. The two bathrooms made it convenient for everyone. We will definitely be back.

There were no garbage can liners I called vacasa they said they would have the property manager contact me to remedy the problem after 3 days I’m home and still no phone call Went to use dishwasher no dishwasher soap Carpet is full of pet hair,counter had coffee spills on it,dropped something on floor in bathroom when I picked it up had dust balls on it. I thought the house needed a thorough cleaning,Also should have a better contact system for solving problems.Location is good as Leavenworth is a beautiful town to visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet

Cons:
- Not very clean. I found dish rags on the table when we first entered, the extra bedding in the closets were in disarray, I found hair on the sheets and pillows, I also found candy wrappers next to the bed. Just made me uncomfortable and I couldn't really relax thinking someone hadnt done a thorough job cleaning, especially with Covid.
- The heat in the main room stopped working the first evening we were there. It was below 30 degrees so it was needed. We called Vacasa and they sent some one out promptly which was great but turns out a new system was needed so we said we could make due with a space heater. Unfortunately, the space heater kept blowing a fuse so we had to decide if we wanted heat or television.
- Communication has not been upfront or consistent with vacasa regarding our experience, and then they just stopped responding.
Our trip wasn't ruined but our stay here was not the vacation rental we had hoped for. We won't be returning, mostly due the the terrible experience we've had with Vacasa customer service.

Good location at a great price.
Fully stocked and very clean. We skied 3 days at Mission. Leavenworth is amazing even during the lockdown. Christmas lights were still in full display. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect “Oktoberfest” getaway
This condo was the perfect spot for a friends getaway weekend. It had everything we needed- and was a quick walk to downtown.
It was nice having the patio area to hang out and play games.

This is a spacious, comfortable condo in a great location. We especially appreciated how nice this was with our small dog, since it opens onto a nice yard and has good near by walking places.

Great Location/Comfortable Beds
I thought the condo was great. The beds were comfortable. The unit was not ready for us when we arrived at check in time 4 PM and had to wait in parking lot for 45 minutes. Also, the check out time was 10 AM which in my opinion is ridiculous. We were packing up and at 9:59 someone knocked on door and it was housekeeping! Ridiculous. In addition, the handle came completely off of the oven when I was using it. I called and reported it and nobody came to fix it so I could not use the oven on our final night. Other than that it was comfortable. I will probably stay somewhere else with a pool next time because it was so hot.

Downsides: the WiFi network was not able to be found the entire trip, we didn’t have 2 dedicated parking spaces as mentioned, there were dog poop bags piled up outside the back door when we arrived, and none of my messages were responded to. I had to download another app and I couldn’t figure out where to send messages for requests.
Overall I’d still stay again because of location and space, but I’d prefer they use the app I booked through (Airbnb) for communication and the WiFi would’ve been helpful due to lack of cell reception in the area.

Great place to stay, nice decor, comfortable beds, lots of room, open concept. nice size kitchen and very well stocked with kitchen items. Close to town within a short drive or within walking distance. Love the extra touches too like having games, puzzles and books available. Very cozy and would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back!

Great Weekend
6 of us shared this condo for 3 nights. It was well furnished and comfortable. We found almost everything we needed in the kitchen ( only missing a spatula for turning pancakes). We all enjoyed the accommodations.

Good location to town. Management was good to listen to a few things that needed to be fixed, Hopefully they were. Very Loose toilet seat, Broken lamp, living room heater not working, needing more wash clothes . Other than that kitchen was good and over all space good for a family of six.
