It's a complete home, especially the kitchen and wet kitchen.
It would be best if you have fully automatic washing machine and plastic utensils (cups and plates) for kids.

Full facilities. Very well equipped. Fully air conditioned and fans in all bedrooms including living areas.
Just minor things like the heater in the toilet on the ground floor was broken.
The location of the clothes dryer could be moved to the front to hang our washed clothes.
