In una tranquilla strada secondaria a soli 2 isolati dalla spiaggia e 15 minuti piacevoli a piedi dalla piazza della città. Grazioso monolocale con un letto matrimoniale e mezzo muro e armadio che separa la camera da letto dal soggiorno e dalla cucina. Divano letto per un terzo ospite, se necessario. Cucina ben attrezzata con ripiano in granito e frigorifero full size. Proprietà condivisa con 2 altre unità, uno studio più piccolo al piano terra e una camera da letto 2 al secondo piano. Giardino e piscina condivisa con le 3 unità. La tua unità ha un privato, schermato in veranda. Situato proprio accanto alla proprietà Abbey del Sol con l'ufficio centrale si trova. L'ufficio è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 8:00 alle 17:00 per aiutarti con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno.

We stayed for 8 nights as a couple with our 6-year-old and had a great experience. The apartment is well-suited for a small family. Being on the ground floor was a big plus, especially with a child — easy access and no stairs to worry about.The pool was a highlight for all of us — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after a day out. We also really enjoyed using the grill in the evenings.The area was peaceful and safe, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend it to other families

We rented this apartment for 5 days. It is a one-floor rental that includes big jugs of drinking and cooking water, beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles which we found to be a great addition to our trip. Any trip you want to organize can be done by sending a whatsapp message or walking to the main property management office around the corner. We would definately stay in one of their apartments again. Clean, good bed, good showers and it backs up onto a pool. I wasn't interested in swimming in the pool (its chlorinated) and its not big enough to do laps but if you wanted to cool off its great. The lounge chairs and trees around it is very lovely. Because the apartment is on the main floor, we closed our blinds for privacy as other people can use the pool area but mostly we had it to ourselves. It is a 5 minute or less walk to the beach!!!

Great value. A little north from the town center, walkable to all locations. Collectivo made visiting La Colonia easy. Exterior pool was refreshing, clean for those afternoons. Quiet location.
