Comfortable place, you feel like at home! Nice common area, the location is pretty good (10 min walk from the center and next to 2 malls) and Anuar is the kindest host in the world (and an excellent chef) he'll always help you find the solution for everything.
It's not the property’s fault, but sometimes in the evening there's a bit of a noise on the street caused by the restaurants and the cleaning crews (but I think happens in all city)

It's nice. They have good looking cats as staff.
No free parking nearby. Thin partitioned walls. No hot water in the shower.

I extended my stay here, I stayed 4 nights total. The host, Anuar, is so lovely. He makes you feel at home. The guesthouse has a wonderful communal area with a full kitchen and plenty of seating. The rooms have air con which works brilliantly, the location is just a 10 min walk from Jonker Street. It’s a great option for a private room on a budget!
It’s a bit noisy outside until midnight which can be heard from inside
