La famiglia Zucalo ti offre un soggiorno rilassante in un moderno appartamento di 80 m² di nuova costruzione. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato (tre sistemi di aria condizionata regolabili individualmente) e dispone di due camere doppie, una cabina armadio, un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici, soggiorno / sala da pranzo, cucina e terrazza.

Tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura in vetroceramica e cappa aspirante, forno a microonde, grande frigorifero / congelatore, macchina per caffè espresso, bollitore, tostapane, frullatore, stoviglie e posate sufficienti e, naturalmente, pentole, padelle, colino per la pasta, ecc. Sono inoltre disponibili bicchieri d'acqua, bicchieri da vino, bicchieri da champagne, tazze da caffè espresso e bicchierini. Spezie di base, zucchero, olio d'oliva, Vegeta sono disponibili, naturalmente, panni per la pulizia, spugne e panni per asciugare.
Alcune pastiglie per lavastoviglie, capsule per caffè espresso, bustine di tè e involtini da cucina sono pronti per iniziare.

La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata, finestra e abbaino che possono essere completamente oscurati.
Cabina armadio, letto matrimoniale 2m x 2m, comodino con lampada da notte TV satellitare LED da 40 ".

La stanza ha un lucernario che può essere completamente oscurato. Armadi a muro, letto futon 1,40 mx 2,00 m.

Villa Celenca si trova a Rijeka dubrovacka (porto turistico di Dubrovnik), a 6 km dal centro storico, a 5 km dalla stazione degli autobus, a 25 km dall'aeroporto ea 10 m da una fermata dell'autobus. Il collegamento con il centro città e le spiagge di Lapad è fornito da una linea regolare di autobus. Gli autobus passano ogni 20 minuti.
Posto barca: Per gli ospiti che possiedono una barca a motore, abbiamo un posto barca vicino a Villa Celenca.
Villa Celenca si trova vicino al porto turistico, che è un bel posto per passeggiate e un posto molto interessante per gli appassionati di barche a vela, barche a motore e yacht.
Medjugorje, Mostar, Montenegro Makarska e Spalato: sono ottime destinazioni per gite di un giorno con la famiglia o gli amici.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and our hosts, Mikhal and Anja, were friendly and helpful. Dubrovnik old town was a short bus ride away and locally there was a supermarket and a restaurant that offered lovely food.

Pictures were a true representation of the apartments , pool and gardens. The property is a 30 minute bus drive away from the old town of Dubrovnik. Micheal and his family were very welcoming, and he gave us a bottle of his homemade wine which was delicious. We used it as a base to discover the area , Mokosica itself has 2 supermarkets , a beach bar and the restaurant Rosa Bianca, who we frequented regularly which serves reasonably priced food. Other than that we would eat in the old town when we were out for days, lots of lovely places to eat. Whilst we were there we did the 3 island boat trip, buggy trek into the mountains, sea kyaking around Locrum island, a days visit to Locrum and monastery, up the cable car to Mount Srd and walked around the old walls of the town. Such a beautiful place would highly recommend.

Thank you Anya and Mihaelo for a wonderful stay in Mokosica. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The property was clean and well-decorated. Our family had a pleasant stay.
The property is located outside the city and is opposite a bus stop with easy access into Dubrovnik old town. There is a lovely bakery 5-minutes from the property with lovely people working there and the bakes are a delight. We went everyday. There is also a bar/restaurant very close by too with good food cocktails and friendly people.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I (mid 50s) travelled with my mother (fit 79 year old) for our very first holiday to Croatia. The aim of our holiday was to relax, visit some of Dubrovniks historic sites and beautiful coastline and islands .We booked Villa Celenca for 2 weeks because of the great reviews, location and the wonderful photographs which truly represent the accommodation and surroundings. We wanted to be near to Dubrovnik rather than in the city centre so good public transport was essential as we did not want to hire a car. Our hosts Milo and Anja live in the ground floor apartment and were extremely attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They arranged our private taxi transfer from the airport to the accommodation and greeted us on arrival with a refreshing drink. We had the upper apartment which was perfect for us. 2 large bedrooms with storage space including a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom, very comfortable beds; large shower room with toilet, sink and loads of storage space with plenty fresh towels; fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer; large open plan lounge and dining area with a beautiful view over the estuary towards the Franjo Tudman suspension bridge. 3 air conditioning units kept the apartment comfortably cool. There is a laundry room on the ground floor which guests can use for a small charge.The garden is maintained beautifully and is laden with fruit trees including orange, mandarin, pomegranate, grape vines and flowers. Vegetables are grown to the rear of the property and Milo has another plot of land elsewhere where he grows all sorts of vegetables. Similarly the pool area is spotlessly clean and is maintained in excellent condition. There is an outdoor hot/cold shower to use prior to swimming. Milo and Anja invited us to join them for a glass of delicious homemade red wine one evening and we regularly enjoyed fresh grapes from the garden. Our hosts paid particular attention to my mother and made her feel like an extra-special visitor throughout our holiday.Although there are a number of apartments locally, one of the best things about Villa Celenca was that the area was not touristy or tacky. The nearest restaurant, Rosa Bianca is 100m away and served great food at a sensible price. The Vapor Bar/Cafe is on the waterside and quickly became our local. Local shops provided all we needed within easy walking distance or a short bus ride.Thank you Milo and Anja for a truly wonderful holiday xxx
