Super nice and secure. Very comfy bed. Good area to look for food. Not too far from the station. The check in is easy and smooth.
It has laundry machine but only washes doesn’t have a dryer, so you need to wash with time and leave it there hanging to get dry, besides that, everything else was good.

Good location. Including mini kitchen and insuite washer.
Foam mattress wasn’t the best.

Location was close to subway/train.
Has a washing machine in the room, with soap and hangers to put everything to dry.
Elevator.
Owner was easy to reach and fast to answer.
Not soundproof, you can hear the traffic and the neighbours.
Don't shower while doing the laundry, hot/cold shower.
