Watermark - An Expansive Beachfront Estate With Private Pool and Dock
Rilassati e rilassati nel tuo paradiso sul lungomare. Questa splendida casa ha tutti gli aggiornamenti immaginabili. Con 6BR / 6BA, questa struttura di lusso offre il meglio del comfort dell'isola. Una cucina all'avanguardia e una sala da pranzo adiacente con posti a sedere per un massimo di 18 persone rendono questa la casa perfetta per intrattenere. Tutti saranno a proprio agio di notte grazie a due master suite king size, una camera da letto king size, una camera da letto queen-size e due camere doppie ognuna con il proprio bagno. C'è un letto a scomparsa nella camera del tramonto, e dormono per tre nella sala multimediale. All'esterno, ci sono viste mozzafiato dalle avvolte verande coperte che ridefiniscono il relax. Godetevi il bar a bordo piscina Cabana con cucina completa e TV. C'è una breve scalinata che conduce a una spiaggia sabbiosa che è l'ideale per nuotare. Fai snorkeling sulla terza barriera corallina più grande del mondo. E se questo non è abbastanza, c'è anche uno scivolo da 40 piedi con la forza e l'acqua!

Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Loved the property. However, will not return to Elbow Cay due to the cart situation in town. I do not walk well and not being able to drive the cart into town, to the grocery, restaurants is a deal killer. Will not return.

We love elbow K and have been coming down for 27 years. Watermark is a wonderful home. Although we had a terrible accident a member fell off the back of the deck while stargazing and broke her humerus. I would suggest lighting or something where the deck ends to avoid anybody else seriously injuring themselves. It was just by the grace of God that the person did not hit their head and have a serious injury there needs to be either lighting or a rope or something I think end of the dock. Also your neighbor at table when has a very bright light which blinded the person when they went to sit down on the lounge chairs. I would suggest asking the neighbor to remove the light in their backyard her shine it only on their property and not condo Watermark. it was just by the grace of God that the person did not hit their head and have serious injury there needs to be either lighting or a rope or something I think end of the dark. Also your neighbor at tipple when has a very bright light which blinded the person when they went to sit down on the lounge chairs. I would suggest asking the neighbor to remove the light in their backyard her shine it only on their property and not on watermark

I cannot put into words how wonderful 'Watermark' is! Starting with the communication from Elbow Cay Properties, to our final minutes in the house - it was PERFECT! The house is not only gorgeous, but in a prime location, and very spacious. Everyone had their own room and we were never cramped. The caretakers were top notch and handled everything from showing us specifics of the house to bringing our bags to & from the dock. Property description was spot on, extremely clean & well maintained, best customer service imaginable, and I would 1000% recommend this property to family & friends - which I have already done. Having travelled to many islands in the Bahamas, including owning property in Nassau, I can without a doubt say Watermark cannot be beat! I cannot say enough good things about this place- do not hesitate to book ASAP!

"Loved it. Beach, pool, outdoor kitchen and pool, there were four separate bedroom areas. Lots of privacy. Three families could do this easily"
