Ogni stanza di questa magnifica casa offre viste panoramiche sull'oceano. Ci sono 5 camere da letto con letti king size, 3 delle quali sono grandi suite master. C'è anche una camera da letto aggiuntiva con un singolo letto matrimoniale a due letti a castello. Oltre alle camere da letto c'è una divano letto matrimoniale nella camera familiare al piano terra.

Per l'intrattenimento ci sono due camere familiari con grandi HDTV a schermo piatto o rilassarsi all'esterno sul grande avvolgere il coperchio ammollo nelle viste da ogni direzione. Il salotto dispone inoltre di un grande camino a legna e di spazio sufficiente per tutti i vostri ospiti. C'è anche un impianto stereo con collegamento i-Pod / i-Phone. WIFI e TV via cavo in tutta la casa. Ogni camera ha una propria TV con cavo.
Sul ponte sul tetto troverete una vasca idromassaggio e una zona salotto. La vasca idromassaggio ha vedute libere dell'oceano ed è il luogo perfetto per stargazing quando il sole scende.

The property location and the size is awesome for a large family. The bedrooms and lower family room were perfect. I’d say the property needs some general maintenance specifically the dining room chairs and tighten the lower bathroom door.
There are a couple of windows that need to be fixed as they fog up in the kitchen side which faces the water.
All that said the family really enjoyed the house.

Everything about the home was fine and or doable for our party. Home could have been cleaner upon check in.
The challenge was with the host (High style vacation homes) Post check out after looking for my deposit refund, 2 weeks later) we were accused of having a dog on the property and that we stained the carpet. Both being false accusations I didn’t want to fuss over paying to clean the small area of the home that had carpet, especially since I didn’t have post check out pics. I felt as though with the cameras on the property they would easily be able validate not having a pet on site. Unfortunately they dismissed that when it was brought up…
After calling back again months later to check up on the remaining deposit on the carpet cleaning charge, I was treated very rudely, poorly and unprofessionally. I was then informed via text they were keeping all 800.00 of the deposit. After reviewing what other peoples experience with this business online, I noticed I wasn’t alone. Please be aware and take your pre and post check in-out pics.

Our family of 14 stayed to celebrate grandpas birthday. Even though the house is starting to show it’s years, it is an amazing property. Plenty of comfortable beds, large kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and Huge windows give a constant view of the ocean waves and beach. Beach access, though rugged, was accessible to all ages, 6-70. It met our needs very well. So many sights to see in the area, (beach, lighthouses, forest, museums, seafood, etc.) Kids are already asking if we can go back next year.

So so house with million-dollar views. One bit of advice, bring pitons and a secure climbing rope to help descend to the beach. Once you reach the beach, God willing, you will enjoy the soft sand and privacy. When you are ready to attempt the treacherous climb out make sure you keep the following at the ready. Defibrillator, oxygen, cell phone (911) and if you make it down and back unscathed a fine bourbon to sip as you enjoy the sunset. All an all not a bad place to get a little R&R. On the food side of things, the toffee pudding at the Wolf Cafe is amazingly good!

Location, location, location. Beach front property with amazing views from every bedroom. No fighting necessary for the best one. Able bodied only has lots of stairs to navigate but thats the trade off for stellar cliff top views. Deck with lots of seating to enjoy the view. Rooftop hot tub is amazing to view the beach at night and relax.

The location is spectacular. Wonderful for our family retreat. The rooftop hot tub was the best place to start and end the day. In reference to other reviews the steps to the beach are fine for most without disabilities. Great grandma had to be carried, but everyone else had no problem with it. As far as maintenance the interior is great. I think you have be a little forgiving on oceanfront properties on the exterior. Salt water takes it toll, but that is pretty much cosmetic. I would have liked to have the rules such as check in and out times sooner as what is posted on VRBO is not up to date. We had caterers from Lincoln City deliver dinners and the evenings on the deck were great for family time.

We had an amazing family vacation at this property. The location is absolutely incredible. During low tide, we could walk directly onto the beach and explore. We were traveling with our adult children and one infant granddaughter. It was so helpful to have the crib and high chair. The house was spacious and allowed us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was huge. We cooked many of our meals at the house and then just relaxed on one of the many balconies. The steep driveway was a little tricky but we figured it out. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Beach access was steeper than expected but manageable.
Views are spectacular from the balconies. I would stay there again.
My wife loved it and she had a broken leg so it wasn’t easy to get around but she loved it.

This house is gorgeous on its own, but then throw in this outstanding location perched above the ghost forest and with a path down to a secluded area of beach that felt like our own private oasis. Amazing. The house has enough rooms for multiple families, the basement area with separate lounge space and PacMan game was a perfect spot for the kids. I typically don’t enjoy cooking while on vacation but this kitchen with the views of the ocean and high end appliances made for a lot of highly enjoyable meals in. Thank you!!!!

It was a beautiful house and location. The only downside is we had trouble regulating the heat. It was radiant heat and for some reason every room was a different temperature we did not feel we could control. One bedroom off the kitchen was 89 degrees and the only way we could cool it down was to open the door to the deck!

This vacation spot had some great pluses and some important negatives. On the good side, the Master Bedroom was exceptional with a beautiful view. Most of the bedrooms had adjoining bathrooms. There were two dishwashers in the kitchen. All appliances worked. The beach location is close and extensive. On the negative side, the maintenance is very subpar, particularly for this price range. The roof is rusted with holes in it; the paint on the house is peeling, some floorboards on the deck have lifted. The kitchen windows are large and in very bad condition to the point your view is obstructed. All the light sockets on one side of the living room didn't work. The second most important negative was the number of steps in and around the house. There are steps down to the front door. Steps down to the kitchen. Steps into the basement. Many steps/rocks down to the beach. If you don't do a lot of steps, this is not the house for you. The third negative would be the very limited parking. The driveway is super, super steep, and most of it cannot be used, so you are trying to park cars in a very small space. We had 2 pickup trucks and one SUV, and were constantly moving cars around with difficulty! In general, this house could be very nice with some maintenance, however, nothing will improve the parking or all the steps. We believe the house is overpriced for the condition it is in. There were 8 of us, and the house accommodated all of us very well, and needless to say, "family is family", and we all had a wonderful time.

Excellent property, great location, beautiful views, well-equipped kitchen. However, some relatively minor issues: In one of the master bedrooms, the windows had been rendered inoperable, and without air conditioning, this room became hot. The kitchen had 2 dishwashers, which is nice when you have a larger group; however, 1 of them did not work. The property has some obvious deferred maintenance, but overall it is a nice place to rent.

Overall the stay was great! Amazing views of the ocean! House was well equipped, comfortable and clean! Beautiful home! The only negative comment for this location is it is on cliffside, the driveway is so steep, we were not able to park in driveway. Terrain all around the house is very steep, many stairs and the access to the beach (rocks) I would not recommend this house with anyone that has a physical limitation, otherwise the house is great for large groups/families and spacious and clean.

There are a lot of rules, so it may not be best suited for young children. There are also a lot of stairs in and around the house, something to keep in mind. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location for a family getaway and pet friendly is a plus. Beautiful home with space for multiple family/friends. Comfortable, great views from almost every room and every deck. Everything you need, some would say the pots and pans are in bad shape, but considering the amount of use and abuse they receive, they are adequate. Great kitchen and appliances. Hot tub on roof deck the icing on the cake! The one thing to be prepared for is the amount of steps- to get in and around the home or down to the beach. Probably not the greatest place for people who have health issues. Everything outside of the home is a steep angle and tough to walk on. I will be staying here again. Loved it!

The property has a great view, second to none of Proposal Rock and the beach below. During the booking process I asked if the place had a BBQ, they said yes. I went to use the BBQ only to find that the grill had not been cleaned as required (there was still salmon skin and dill burnt on the grill) and that the grease catch was overflowing. I went ahead and cleaned the grill only to find that all 3 of the propane tanks were empty. 3 of the bathrooms either had lights burnt out or just missing. I sent an email to address these items but never received a response. For the cost of the place I would expect all those things to be in working order. Oh, make sure you bring toilet paper and paper towels as there is one partial roll in each bathroom and then you need to have your own.
