The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool/spa and outdoor grilling area. The host was very responsive to all communication. Having access to the beach gear and wagon was a great perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location that met all of my expectations (clean, safe, and fun)! Host was amazing to work with and addressed every question quickly and clearly. Thanks for making our spring break perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely return. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were great, and heating the pool was absolutely worth it—cold the first evening, but by the next day it was the perfect temperature. We especially loved having a TV by the pool to watch football and relax. The owners were excellent hosts and checked in frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location was also great and convenient to everything we needed. There were a couple of things future guests may want to be aware of. On Saturday, the neighbors hosted what appeared to be a full wedding reception with a DJ playing some vulgar music. It wasn’t ideal, so we stayed inside, but it did end at 10 p.m., and it was clearly out of the owner’s control. I also noticed a Destin code enforcement vehicle at that house the next morning, so I don’t think this is a normal occurrence. We were grateful to be able to travel with our dog, but the side gate was left open twice by the pool company. Thankfully we noticed before letting our dog out, but anyone traveling with pets should double-check the gate. Also, the house instructions stated no pets on the furniture or in the pool—this wasn’t mentioned in the original listing, so future guests with pets may want to know ahead of time. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to note.Overall, we really loved our stay. The house, amenities, and hosts were fantastic, and we’d gladly book ag

Pros:
Location is great
Responsiveness was phenomenal
Check in was super easy
Cons:
We had to contact for several things: outdoor lights, outdoor TV and a dead animal under the house.
We did not contact about several small things:
Dirty BBQ
Remotes with dead batteries
3-in-1 body soap/shampoo/conditioner vs actually having shampoo and conditioner
The listing does say that a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided but at this rate it would be nice to have those supplied so guests aren’t buying and providing for the next guests.
House could use a few upgrades similar to what was done in the kitchen. New flooring (the floor in the front bathroom is getting soft), furniture, knives, pillows.
This property has a LOT of potential. Price was a bit steep for the quality.
