Our lady hostess was wonderful. We felt warm gentle hospitality from her throughout the stay. She was inspiring with her youthfulness. Probably from the Borjomi water :) 10/10 for her
Fancy hotel vibes! Good breakfast. 15-20min till Borjomi park.
The location of the hotel is between Borjomi central bus station and central market. We felt a bit uncomfortable because our car parking was right beside the bus station where were a lot of stray dogs/ dodgy persons.
There were few issues in the room- hair dryer/ toilet brush / toilet paper holder half broken.

Wonderful retro style hotel in the most amazing location. The staff were fantastic especially Anna who was just sensational. The breakfast was plentiful and all in all it was a magical experience.

احببنا السيده اآنا انها ودوده ولطيفه
الفندق اعلن انه لديه مواقف للسيارات ولكننا وضعنا سيارتنا عند الجيران
بالنسبه للوجبات الفطور والعشاء ليس لديهم بوفيه مفتوح وعندما تدخل الى غرفة الطعام تجد الاكل مجهز مسبقا وعندما تطلب منهم اكلا اضافيا لان الاكل لا يكفي لعدد الافراد المتواجدين على الطاوله
تجلس لنصف ساعه تنتظر وكل مره يقولون بعد قليل
اما وجبات العشاء لا يوجد بوفيه وايضا لا يوجد مينيو واضح وهنا حقا لا يستحق القيمه التي دفعتها
وبالنسبه للنظافه يقومون بتنظيف الغرفه فقط فقط بعد ثلاث ايام وهنا كانت لدينا صدمة كيف لفندق مع rate عالي لديه كل هذه الملاحظات
بزمن المغادره طلبوا منا ان نضع rate 10 وهنا عرفنا انهم يأخذون التقييم فقط بالاحراج
