Fantastic location, super convenient apartment that has everything what's needed for the stay, parking place which is extremely critical in Portovenere and last but not least the owner is extremely helpful and supportive making the stay super comfortable.

Lovely apartment, clean, well equipped. Excellent communication and service from the host. Great location. We loved it and hope to go back. Portovenere is beautiful.

property is in a good location. it helped to have free parking. Beds were very comfortable. kitchen was adequate and washing machine was very useful. The fly screens were great to have. The host was very helpful.

Tea towels were not available. Could international visitors please stop taking the cork screw and the hair dryer. It is an inconvenience for the next visitors and for the host. Fans on the ceiling could be useful on the very hot days and likely cheaper than air conditioning. otherwise the sea breeze worked well when it came through.

The apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful complex a few meters away from a public beach. The car parking is available and is a luxury in Portovenere. The host was very kind and waited for us for our arrival at 1 am.

The apartment needs quite a bit of maintenance and also the cleanliness all around the apartment needs big improvements. TV was not working and we only discovered WiFi was available on our second day of permancence.

The birds chirping outside the windows was lovely, the sea just outside the door had beautiful sunrises and views of the port. We were able to stretch our legs daily going back and forth to town. The rooms were big and there was very little noise from the neighbors. The shower was hot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The Booking website STILL has the wrong address listed for this property (as of this writing Oct 14, 2019). The address is actually 226 not 26. The map now shows the correct position of the apartment but it didn't when we booked. We had expected to be right in town (and had to haul our very heavy work gear to town, daily). Roberto offered to find us another apartment in town, but also told us how often the guests go to the wrong address. So this has been a problem for a while. We stayed in the apartment because it was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. (And we had work commitments and just wanted to settle in.) Roberto kindly offered to drive us to another apartment after the first night if we changed our mind. The fan squeaked all night, the fridge froze our food, and the doors were noisy, but we just made the best of it, since we only came home to sleep.

The apartment is very close to the beach. Roberto was very nice and gave us useful informations. We warmly recomand.
