Great facilities and spacious apartments ! Very clean and very relaxing spa baths! Very comfy beds! Awesome decorations for a 40th wedding anniversary!

The unit was well equipped and the owner made an effort to customise the experience.
There is no parking but the street parks are free if you can get one.
The spa bath didn’t work.
There is an excessive security deposit with this property (500 Euro) for a one night stay.
It is better just to use a credit card hold similar to what the hotels do. There should be access to a washing machine which is one of the reasons travellers chose apartments over hotel rooms.

very good idea to have loads of spa things in a bedroom
felt a bit let down because there were no staff, advert I felt was misleading and location wasn’t great. expensive for what was there.

I liked the simple check-in and check-out process. No need to make an appointment with the owner for a meeting.
I appreciated the smart TV since I don't speak French, I could still use Netflix and YouTube to watch TV.
Fridge was large and good cold temperature.
A/C worked well.
Everything we needed was there, like coffee, tea, paper towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner...
The sauna was very nice.
We had plenty of room for two people.
The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Facilities were great!
We didn't receive the information for the lockbox via email as expected on the day of our arrival. However the owner was easy to contact and after a little delay we was able to get into the property.

Clean and quiet place, great location with regular commodities around. It was really nice to have all the spa facilities.

Heating didn’t work properly, shower door was a bit broken.

Sauna was great... liked the location... place was nice and owner was very responsive.
No AC in the unit we stayed in and we were there when it was soooo HOT! The other units have ACs but the unit we got did not. It’s tricky because you filter results to include AC which this place does offer but then when you select your room it does t tell you that it does not have AC. But if you go to the details of the specific room it will not say AC...
Also there was a fan in the room so we thought it would be okay... but found out late at night that the fan was broken—wouldn’t oscillate, and fan blades rubbed on the metal cover making a loud sound... so we tried to open the windows and there was no breeze....
Also came back to the room and found water all over the ground in the living room... just in the middle... so weird... called the owner and he said it was the jacuzzi not being properly used upstairs... and he was right... water was leaking from upstairs through a recessed light... pretty gross that someone bath water was all over the floor.
The owner felt bad and brought us a bottle of champagne and apologized. He also took the broke fan and said he would replace it.
It’s obvious that the owner cares and is trying to offer a really nice stay, but we will look for another place on our next visit.

The facilities are wonderful! The accommodation is not to far from the city center.
