Benvenuti al 1058 Riding Trail, Minden Hills. Questo completamente rinnovato da cima a fondo cottage di lusso dispone di splendidi pavimenti in ardesia in tutto, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un enorme terrazzo all'aperto perfetto per trascorrere le vostre giornate estive pigri sul lago.
Cottage è in acqua filtrata e dispone di una splendida doccia in ardesia personalizzata perfetta per lavare via dopo una lunga giornata di gioco nel lago.
Il lago Cedar è un piccolo lago privato con solo 8 cottage da un lato, perfetto per attività di paddle e un grande lago da pesca con grande bocca e trota arcobaleno. Molto raramente vedrai una barca a motore su questo lago!
L'acqua in genere si riscalda all'inizio dell'anno e si ha un grande nuoto a ridosso del fondo del bacino con un fondo di argilla / sabbia a volte c'è una piccola quantità di sedimenti sul fondo che può essere sollevata ma questo normalmente viene cancellato molto presto la stagione.
Nuovo nel 2019 il cottage è pronto per il veicolo elettrico con un 14-50 (spina di ricarica 50AMP installata)

Quiet clean cottage on the lake and close to all essential amenities. Wonderful lakefront property with amazing view of the lake from the cottage. Interior of the cottage is quite spacious, comfortable and kitchen is well designed and modern feel. Plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure! Exceeded my expectations.

The cottage was immaculate, the lake was warm and buzzing with wildlife, the response time was immediate. Location is ideal with lots of options for day trips and kid friendly outings. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic time here in late October. The property is the perfect size and open layout for our family of 4. Everything we needed was there for a relaxing weekend. Devin was available to us whenever we needed and had some great recommendations for off property activities as well. It’s a beautiful property. We’ll be back.

My husband’s siblings and their spouses all loved our stay at this property. Four of us shared the cottage. Others just visited during the day from their RV’s parked at the provincial park up the road. We had beautiful weather, a beautiful setting, a beautiful cottage and we made beautiful memories. What more could we ask for? This cottage is in a lovely, private spot. 5 stars!

We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful outdoors.
It is very private and quiet. the canoe is nice for paddling around on this beautiful lake. (No Motor boats]. Devin answered our questions very prompt. It is great that the trees are surrounding the deck and all the way to the lake on both sides. We made a fire in the fire pit every night, there is plenty of wood supplied. Thanks Devin

The owner, Devin, was very responsive which was much appreciated. Very comfortable and updated cottage - perfect for our family of 6. The setting was lovely - small lake that yielded some fish and made for kayaking fun for our whole family. The kids really enjoyed swimming as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Cottage
This cottage was perfect for our family of 6. The deck was really nice with lots of shade . A short walk to the water and dock was really nice . The water is shallow off the dock so it’s ideal for swimming , kayaks and paddle boards . The fishing is not that great if that is what you are looking for .
It was a peaceful , quiet family vacation and we had a great time !

This cottage is exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Devin was quick to answer our questions and solve any minor issues we had. The cottage was relatively well equipped (a few more glasses, plates and cutlery would have been nice) and very clean when we arrived. The dock, bbq, canoe, fire pit area and outdoor space in general were all great. Cedar Lake is beautiful and quiet (we saw loads of turtles and loons) and to our relief had no motorized boat traffic however it is located right on highway 35 and we could hear the constant stream of traffic when we were on the dock or out on the lake. Otherwise we loved the cottage, had a great time and would recommend it to other families.

Very private and well maintained cottage. Had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. Had lots of rain so lots of mosquitos. Be sure to bring mosquito repellant. Or stay inside the lovely screened in room and enjoy nature while being protected from those pesky insects.

The pictures do it no justice
As my title says; the pictures do it no justice. The place was beautiful and had so many more picturesque views to see. Devin(property owner) was very helpful and accommodating with the instructions he had left for us. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Outdoor Activities
Lovely spot on the water. Cottage is well equipped, clean, bright and full of windows. Devin was easily accessible if we needed anything. Lots of hiking trails in the area to experience.

Relaxing Getaway
We had such a lovely week relaxing in Minden Hills. The cottage is lovely, fully renovated, and exactly as described. Devin is a wonderful, responsive host. We couldn’t recommend this getaway more!

There are so few cottages on this lake that it feels like your own and it is loaded with Bass and Trout.
Although the place speaks for itself, I have to also mention Devin as a great host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond and in our case, went above and beyond. (He and his family even sacrificed their own labour day weekend to accommodate us after we ran into a few problems with another cottage).
We will definitely return!
