The location was great as was attending the Telford international centre parking was good at the property and the beds was so comfortable
The sofa at the property is very uncomfortable and the intercom was not working so hard to keep going to the door to allow entry but I am sure this will be fixed

Beautiful decor and so much room for our family

Unfortunately this apartment needed maintenance so my booking was moved to the nearby Sapphire House Apartments instead. Although they are in an industrial estate, they were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were lovely. Good location out of the city centre so it was quiet for our newborn. Clear instructions to enter the building and apartment, WiFi and tv.
The one bathroom smelled very strong but we used the en-suite instead.

My booking was moved to Sapphire House. The car park was good. The facilities were good.
The flat was dirty. There was spots of grease on the tiles behind the induction hob, the floor made my feet dirty when I walked on it. There was a terrible smell in the flat of strong cooking. The bed was so bouncy it was like sleeping on a trampoline. The cutlery was not clean. There was a buzzing noise in the bedroom coming from somewhere in the ceiling which kept me awake at night.
