Clean & small apartment, with a kitchen, literally 5 minutes away to its own private beach with sunbeds (which are, mind you, the cost of a pack of cigarettes in Bosnia for an entire day), and it's quiet and peaceful. Couldn't have found a better place to stay in the entirety of Neum.

Limited parking space, however parking is available and Jasna, the owner, makes sure you've got a place to put your car away for the duration of your stay.

Location is very good because it’s 2 minutes to the private beach. There are guaranteed sunbeds on the private beach. The communication with stuff was gods enough in a polite way and they were ready to help in any situation. Balcony which is not private was with two chairs and table with good view. It is possible to change towels every day, and also to get toilet paper.

The views from the windows were on walls and common public area where people walk regularly and it affects pastime. Towels were dirty, when we checked in, but it was easy to replace them. Also, towels are very small, so it is quite hard to use them. There are no bathroom facilities and basic cooking ingredients as salt, pepper, sugar, and, moreover, no kettle. We had to use pot to boil water. In the private beach sunbeds were not free and everyone can go there and lay on the ground.

View was spectacular, it looks better than in pictures, apartment looks new and has all you will need for a great stay, host is really helpful and nice, apartment has its own private beach so it is never crowded. Sunbeds can be rented for a small price. There are number of shops and restaurant nearby, and city center is short walk away.

Izuzetno ljubazan domaćin, savršeno čisto, mirna lokacija, soba sa pogledom na more, parking odmah iznad. Privatna plaža vrlo blizu apartmana. Vrijednost za novac u svakom slučaju. Sve za 10 i mi se vidimo opet.

This place really was exceptional. For starters, the people running the place are kind, welcoming and hospitable, and this really made the stay special. The flat we stayed in had a wonderful view of the sea, with a large balcony to relax on. The apartment benefits from a 'private beach' (a little concrete jetty next to the sea), where you can lie under the shade of a tree right by the water, swim and relax (sun loungers are 2.50 EUR a day). One of the other reviews mentioned a lot of stairs to get to the beach - that was not our experience. There are indeed a few stairs to get to the beach, but unless you are mobility impaired, it's really not an issue. My 7-month pregnant wife managed fine. Parking is convenient, just off the main road - the only disadvantage to this is the lack of shade, though there is also the option of parking the car below the building in the shade (which is a little more tricky, but still manageable). All in all very highly recommended.

Terrace is biggest one avaliable in Neum, I spent most time on it...

Beach is not 100 percent adjusted for little Kids...owner told us that they are working on it, to fix access for kids...but we had great time anyway
