Liked the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, 3 beds & 3 baths and the beachy decor. Beds were comfy. Steps to the beach made easier with a beach wagon and chairs. Minor things to improve: at least provide one roll of paper towels to start out with; basement bathroom door would not stay closed; appeared that the ping pong table and area had not been cleaned before our visit, as we had to clean off the thick coat of dust off the ping pong table, the bar table and other chairs and sweep the floor and chairs to remove cobwebs.

The house was spotless and exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very well stock (dishes and small appliances) with everything you need. It is as a rainy weekend celebrating a 60th birthday and running the Rock n Roll half marathon. The house provided plenty of space for watching football and enjoying friends.

We loved this house. There were 9 of us and it was perfect. I am very “picky” about places I stay and this place was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! We all loved it. We walked everywhere & loved that too!

The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a beach wagon with beach chairs in the garage which made beach days much easier. We are from the PNW and loved seeing a new part of our country!

We had 9 family members together for Thanksgiving and we had a great time! The house is very nice with everything you need! The kitchen is great for cooking and had plenty of pots and pans etc. We all had a great time!!

Don’t be fooled by the exterior appearance of this property. The inside is beautifully done and spacious. The house is less then a block away from the beach and a short distance from the pier and shopping. We would stay at this location again.

House was located pretty close to the beach. Good location with plenty of room. Covered patio was great!

The house was perfect for our family of eight. All of the rooms were very spacious especially the common areas. The ping pong table was a big hit with the guys and the short walk to beach was perfect for the girls. We were so happy with this house that we plan to rent it next year!!

The property has beautiful upgrades and the location is a short walk to the beach. there are enough rooms and space to host a large group. We had a total of 8 adults and 2 kids celebrating the thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is spacious and made it easy to cook with multiple people in there. The biggest pro is that patio. The patio was everything! This is definitely a nice property. With the good, there is always a little bit of bad to tag along with it. The cons to this property is as follow: The house was a little hard to find. It is right off the main stree butler, so its on corner of Butler and 6th. The parking is a little tricky. There is a garage and a short drive way enough for 4 cars, but it is a little tight. Plus, the keys was for the front door, so you park in the back, but have to walk around to the front to get in. If you park on side of the street, you will have to pay. The bedroom with the 2 beds should be in the bigger room next to it. We were unable to use the trash cans outside because it was filled with leaves. The thermostat upstairs has a lock on it and we were unable to adjust the temperature upstairs. The biggest con was that we saw roaches! Not the usual GA roaches (water bugs), it was the small ones that you see in nasty homes or hotels. we saw a total of 7 of them. The day we checked in, my dad saw one crawling on the kitchen counter and my brother found one in the bed..gross! the others were crawling around on the walls in various places. I called the office about the roaches and thermostat and they were supposed to send someone out, but no one came. When I checked out, the employee said that she will mention the issues to the manager. Overall, I loved the property, but the roaches are a big turn off and the fact no one came out like the rental office said they would is another big turn off. Based on the roaches and no one coming out or calling to follow up makes me unsure if I will rent this property again.

The homeowners should be proud; the home is beautiful, modern, and perfect for a larger family or group. Many areas to sit and relax (both indoor and outdoor) and enjoy being together. Not to mention it is one block (same side of the road) from the gorgeous Tybee beach! The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, too. We come to Tybee Island annually, but due to a parking ticket we received from misinformation given to us at check-in we might not return. We definitely won’t be using Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals again. Even though we were 8 people at the house, we were only given 4 parking passes. The person who checked us in tried to up sell us on city parking passes beyond the 4 parking passes we were given. Then, we learned those 4 passes aren’t comparable after all to the city passes as we were explained, and were ticketed! The person at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals never even mentioned there was a garage and driveway we could use for parking at the houe. We had plenty of space to park, but were told we could use the parking passes on the street in-front of the house, which is exactly were we were parked and then were ticketed. We followed up with Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals owner, and he said he would check with City Hall’s parking folks to get it removed, but I called to follow-up several times, and never did hear back. Disappointed. The entire ticket and disingenuous welcome by the person who checked us in, put a damper on our celebrations for sure! Also, we left behind our fabulous cookie sheet at the house, so please enjoy it—it is a great one that will be missed for baking!
