- Only cash payment is allowed
- Not so clean, neither the common spaces nor the rooms nor the swimming pool.
- No vibes at all, nothing happening and no activities and no one using the common spaces.

Nicht zu Empfehlen, das ganze Wochenende kein Internet. Das ist als Backpacker dann echt ein Problem. Im Schlafsaal Schimmel bei den Betten an der Wand.
Aber das Schlimmste ist, dass die Katzen mit den Müslischüsseln für die Gäste gefüttert werden, die dann nur kurz mit kaltem Wasser ausgespült werden. Ekelhaft...

We like to stay at a hostel, even thought We are + 70. We find it rewarding to be a place were the staff are helpful and open as at Blu Magic. We also find it interesting to talk with different people, and we found the aspohere at Blue Magic friendly and openminded. We can recommend the hostel to everybody.

Amazing hostel!!! Rooms are chill, huge common area, 2 kitchens, grill, books, guitar, hammocks and steady supply of coconuts.Taco places for 20p a taco plenty around, big supermarket too, all 4min walk away. Stayed for 3 nights, amazing for meeting people.
Chilled with people, who are doing their dive master courses and staying longer. One night we made a cozy bbq, where everyone contributed a little. Other nights went out to jump and swimming in the ocean and chill drinking beers.
Rented bike, but my tire got flat like on 2 separate days, they changed it no charge.
Highly recommend to do your Open Water Diving Course here cause you'll get the room and transport for free!!! As well as advice from company of divers.

Very rusty room! Felt like breathing onto a cave. Not sure if the moisture is any good for customers sorry. Would have avoided if I knew

Room with one window to the hallway
Only one cabin between beds, nowhere to put your clothes, not even a little hook to put a jacket or towel
Also in showers no facilities available to put your stuff dry or hang a towel

I wrote the day before I arrived, but only got a response after my check out.
- Bedroom
The Bedroom doesn’t have windows so it’s quite smelly inside, the beds are ok.
Be carefull, no towels are given, they are available for 50 pesos.
The beds on top are scary because of the stairs that are not quite stable.
The sheet is really small, I’m 1.7m and I had to use my towel to keep me warn

I didn’t dive with them but weirdly, the prices are not the same in pesos and in dollars (more expensive in pesos), but if you pay by card, you’ll be charged a fee (5% I think)

The crew was creat, welcoming and helpful. They helped me a lot whenever i had an issue - they jumped right to help with it to solve it. Also bikes you can rent here bit cheaper than everywhere else. The bar/hangout area was great too, love the hammocas.
I was happy about my stay.

everything is good. wi-fi, drinking water, coffee and tea, it is possible to rent a bike here
staff didn’t provide me with the information about diving that it is advertised here and because of it I was near to miss the diving day. it was a bit nervous for me because I had to find another diving centre instead and it was late enough for diving. thanks god, I managed to find it

Nice common area. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Bar area was a nice touch ( although it meant no outside alcohol was allowed ). Staff were nice.
I had to walk through the garden, the bar and the common area from my dorm to reach the communal bathrooms and showers. It felt as if the garden dorm had been built after the main hostel. There was no glass in the windows, only a mosquito net, so it was noisy at night and exterior lights were left on so quite bright too.

Spacious, comfortable hostel with nice staff.
There was no space to dry wet things under the roof. I was a bit cold at night, the blanket was thin.

female dorm: has its own sink and lovely ac

beds in female dorm: next to their onsite bar which can be noisy at night. not the most comfortable mattresses.

The location was easy enough to get to the ferry terminal and the main strip in cozumel. About 500m from the terminal.
The room was not clean and had a lot of moisture. We moved to another place on cozumel that did not have this problem so it was not a weather issue. The pool looked dirty, the WiFi was on and off. The diving advertised was more expensive than other vendors on the island even with the supposed discount so we didn't end up diving with them.

The staff is great, really helpful and attentive. The hostel is really clean and perfect for divers. I liked the big amount of showers and toilets, also the new rooms where I stayed.
Maybe the only bad point is that the rental bikes were really old. They were very cheap to rent though in comparison with other options.

The room and bathroom are clean. They have a spacious common area to meet people. I met some interesting people during my stay:) The kitchen is well equipped.
They can add some more lighting and fan in the common area.

I was there just for one night but I think that this place could be really nice even for longer. I appreciate many clean bathrooms and showers. The share chill space in the middle of the hostel was nice as well.
