American themed 9BR (sleeps 43) cabin in GBurg with tons of games and space!
Avendo appena subito un ampio rinnovamento di interni ed esterni, "All-American" è sicuro di stupire. Completo di HDTV in tutte le camere da letto e zone giorno, lettori Blu-Ray nella zona giorno e nell'area Home Theater, nonché WIFI in tutta la casa. Ci sono molte cose per mantenere attivi i giovani nel cuore come il tavolo da air hockey, il tavolo da ping pong, il video arcade e il biliardino in miniatura. Lo spazio esterno vanta un grande ponte con tre tavoli da picnic, due altalene e un gazebo coperto con panca in legno. Sul ponte superiore troverete i bilancieri, una griglia a gas e un'area protetta con ancora più posti a sedere. All-American è perfetto per riunioni di famiglia numerose, gruppi di chiese o squadre sportive.

House was very comfortable and had all we needed for a large group. A sketch or info as to which rooms have baths and which are on which level would have been helpful in planning. That did not take away from our enjoyment! Amazing place with something for everyone.

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family reunion. Room for each family to hove our private space, and lots of space for together times. The downstairs playspace was a wonderful pace for the kids, and they had a blast. Outdoor spaces were great. The kitchen was well equipped, and well suited for preparing meals for our group. The space was good for sharing meals. We would rent this space or another similar place without hesitation.

Auntie Belham’s cabin rental was outstanding! They were so quick to answer the phone everytime I called. They were helpful and very accommodating. We plan to stay here again next year!

I recently hosted a family reunion at this house. There were 22 people staying and the house accommodated the crowd nicely. There is a sufficient kitchen for basic cooking and a large eating area. The problem is the management. They refused to give us the address of the property until Checkin — we had people coming from all over the country and it was very inconvenient to have to text such a large group at the last minute. Then the maintenance issues began. A senior citizen slipped on the stairs because the hand rail is loose. The upstairs bedrooms were 85 degrees upon arrival because the A/C filters had over an inch of dust on them and wouldn’t let the cool air through. There was a leak in a bedroom from the bathroom above that resulted in someone waking up to their cell phone in a puddle of water. Management offered to send a maintenance guy immediately each time, but that meant that we had to be at the house instead of out having fun. Also beware that you can only have 6 cars at the house at one time or you can be fined. This was disclosed upfront in the contract but it is extremely difficult to be compliant if you have a large group.
