Questa splendida casa ha 5200 sf con 5 camere da letto / 4 bagni. Si trova su circa un acro di terra con una splendida vista di Gun Sight Rock, a sud-ovest di Bell Rock.
Enorme camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio, 3 cabine doccia e ampia cabina armadio con un ulteriore armadio di riserva. 3 camere da letto (regine) sono collegate l'una all'altra con un bagno in stile jack-n-jill con vasca extra profonda. 1 camera per gli ospiti (letto matrimoniale) con cabina armadio e bagno privato. C'è anche un seminterrato finito con un letto singolo ribaltabile come zona notte aggiuntiva. 4 caminetti, uno in stile kiva in cucina, uno in soggiorno e uno nel seminterrato, tutti a propano. Un altro è un camino a legna all'aperto al piano di sopra sul ponte. La cucina è oltre 500 sf con annesso sala da pranzo aperta. 2 lavastoviglie. Lavanderia. We loved the view and the location. There was more in the house than we knew was available. The house was very comfortable. I would recommend this house to anybody visiting the area. Lots of room and several places in the house to get away from the group. Only issues we had was broken glass on the patio, but not a fault of the owner. Leaky shower in the main bathroom which looks like they are trying to fix. And the biggest issue for us was they were Cubs fans. Go Cards!!!!

Very impressive Red Rock views from outside and inside house. Close to most of the hiking trails without having to endure the City of Sedona traffic. Restaurants and shopping very close by. The putting green was a BIG hit will the entire family resulting in many putting matches. Overall, excellent home offering many amenities, clean and ideal location. Enjoyed our stay!!!!

This house is in a wonderful area, with a very pretty view, however there are some things to know before you go. The basement is quite dark and dated. Much of the house is very dated. There is a lot of the owners things in the closets and drawers. One of the bedrooms that shares the main level full bathroom has a door with a glass window with no shade, just frosted. That bedroom is very small and you have to go through one of the other bedrooms to get to the shared bathroom. The basement has a futon and full bathroom but there were no blanket set ups for it, and it is very musty down there, slight smell of mold, just slight. Lastly, there is someone who stays in the Casita on the property. This is not disclosed. He was respectful and stayed gone most the day, but we had all women staying there, and this should have been told to us as the Casita faces the backyard where the jacuzzi and everything is. Overall we had a lovely stay.
