Comfortable, clean. Near KK marts and restaurants.

Clean, and good room service. They clean the room tidily. Got lift. Even the price is very affordable, it is more than expected. I take the smallest room so not much space but that’s what advertised so no issue.

Everything is as claimed, no problem.

Great stay for short period travellers.

This room was clean and appropriate for its price. Toilet was clean as well.

Need to provide more hooks for pants and apparels. Needs at least one proper chair.

Omg this place is super NICE 😊 ! If you want to go tapah or bidor, SUPER RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE 🥰 I stay at tapah and had bad experience 🤬 This B and L make me shock 😍 All platform review is true , all give 5 star ⭐️ ❤️Room is big ❤️whole hotel from lobby to hall to room is SUPER CLEAN ❤️Miss receptionist is polite and nice 😍 ❤️no weird smell ❤️Toilet is super big 😱 🔥Aircon is COOL 🥶 ☁️bed is nice 🔥parking got a-lot

Easy to access

The queen size bed is small...usually i stay in a hotel, the bed is more cozy for 2 person

must put small closet it better because more customer from bidor stay B&L HOTEL for wedding, if the hotel have closet it better for customer too hanger the wedding set close...overall good

Comfortable

The stay was overall good. Building and facilities are new. Its a good choice for business trip stay. Can easily be found (after check out from toll).

The aircond's remote control was not functioning. We managed to adjust the temperature after many tries. I think it is just my room. My colleague's room is ok.
