I absolutnie loved my room and whole villa. The building is just on front of popular and beautiful resort Mondello. Room was stylish and beautiful, I was lucky to have a balcony with sea views. The whole house was tastefully decorated. The pool was just great bonus to dip after long day out. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. There are many restraints near and places with delicious treats. There is a bus which takes you to Palermo centre. The villa was just a wonderful add to my amazing trip to Sicily. Highly recommended.
Can’t fault it at all.

The Villa is stunning and very clean. It has also a very welcoming location, with a high-quality breakfast and above all served at the table. Piero was super helpful and professional! Would definitely recommend!

The location was really convenient as it was across the street from the beach and near the bus stop to go into the city of Palermo. Go to Tabacchari near the bus stop and ask for a 24 hour ticket for about €3.50 so you can use as many times as you want. Don’t forget to run the ticket through the machines on the bus. Take advantage of the bakery (Panificio Del Barbero) around the corner for a midday snack from the beach or a sweet treat. Having a pool at this location was a plus, especially if you decide to relax from away from the crowds at the beach. We really liked the unit away from the main house that is near the pool and was quiet. The breakfast was a good start of our day and we enjoyed our cappuccinos.
The water from the shower would go under the shower door and create a somewhat puddle outside of it. Just have to be careful and not slip when you step out. Overall it wasn’t an inconvenience just needed to state the issue that can be resolved.
