Siamo 'seconda fila' dalla spiaggia - il che significa una seconda passeggiata di 45 per voi poke lenti, o 30 secondi per il barbone media spiaggia. Il cottage stiamo facendo pubblicità e la pianificazione qui è la 2 BR 1. 5 bagno, questo è chiamato il Beachshack. Il 2 BR dispone di un ampio matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto ha un letto pieno, un sacco di vestiario. Super pulito senza allergeni animale domestico ecc peli di come noi non accetta animali domestici. Le unità dispongono di TV via cavo e Wi-Fi. Fuori strada parcheggio per 1 veicoli inclusi. . Griglia del gas in loco a disposizione per voi griglia maestri là fuori. Andare in bicicletta è uno dei nostri preferiti cose da fare in giro da queste parti, e guardare tutte le baracche di zucchero, case moderati e moli di pesca in casa lasciò proprio accanto alla McMansion occasionale. Varietà architettonica su ogni blocco. Folly Beach non giudica chi sei o da dove vieni ... porta le infradito e vieni come sei.

This place was perfect and had everything we needed from patio, beach chairs and easy beach access!

The listing leaves nothing to the imagination, it's clean and beautiful and just enough space for my two young daughters, myself and my mother in law. It was the perfect girl vacation. Off the main drag enough that it was quiet at night but still easy to walk to any restaurant. The beach was the perfect distance to be able to come and go from the beach and a short 15 minutes to Charleston. It had plenty of towels, kitchen necessities and space for what we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay, we'll be back!

We loved this house and our stay at Folly Beach. The house was clean and so cute! Two things to keep in mind are the driveway is shared so someone's car, in addition to yours, will be in front of that cute covered garage/patio area the whole time. The other thing is that the outdoor shower has no door and has generously spaced boards so you can't really use it as an extra shower like we usually do at the beach. That said, it's a great house and area. We would definitely rent this place or from Katt again.

BeachShack was wonderful! Loved the location. Very tastefully decorated! It was perfect for the 3 of us. We definitely would stay there again if we’re in this area! Thanks for sharing your BeachShack with us! The only negative is water pressure & temperature of water when taking a shower but this was discussed with property manager & was assured she will take care of this!!

Katt was a fantastic host! The house was super clean, convenient to local restaurants, and a two minute walk to the beach. You can’t really ask for much more than that! We will definitely be back.

Have been going to Folly for years and really Enjoyed the stay at the rather shacks. Great location. Clean. Accurate representation in the listing. Property manager was very accessible and helpful. Close to beach access and town. Recommend 100%

Beautiful property with only short 3min walk to beach. The beds were very comfy and we loved the covered patio area. We enjoyed our stay and Katt was an excellent host. Check in and out procedures were a breeze. The only thing we wished we would have had at the property was a second TV. Highly recommend as a great beach house!

Super cute, very clean and incredibly convenient! We had never been to Folly Beach before but this property didn’t disappoint! It had everything we never knew we needed. The beach is a literal 45 second walk from the property which was fantastic with a 2 year old. Highly recommend!

Katt was a very responsive host and the cottage was just as advertised. The only surprise was that the outdoor shower isn’t meant for anything except rinsing off sand. Otherwise, a perfectly sized cottage for 4, if two of your party are small. Fantastic beach access and not too far from the action on Center Street.

Anniversary Awesomeness w/ a Beachy twist
Definitely recommend this property. What a quaint little place. Perfectly located with a short walk to the beach. Everything was as described by the owner. On this adventure we stayed most of our time on the island. Everything you need is right there. We will definitely be back (our 4th trip to Charleston but 1st staying on the island). If, If I had to say anything in the somewhat negative...it would be that this place needs a washer/dryer, because if you stay 6 nights like we did, it would be nice to not have to go anywhere else to wash your clothes. Trust me, that was not a deal breaker. You will not be disappointed by booking this 2 bedroom house. Enjoy!!

Sweet Stay at Folly
Super cute, and clean cottage a few steps from the beach. It was super hot as we went in July, but the Air Conditioning worked GREAT and the beds were super comfy. Kay was super friendly and available. Highly Recommend!

It was exactly as described in the listing, and so close to the beach and Center St. It is obvious the hosts take immense pride and care of their rentals, and we can’t wait to book another stay!

Perfect Folly Beach retreat!
The place has been renovated and is even cuter than the pictures! Katt put some love into the Beach Shack and it shows in all the details. The place was very clean and organized well with all the accommodations. It is perfectly located a minute walk from the beach, 5 minute walk to Bert's convenient store and about 10 minute walk to the main street of Folly Beach. Katt was an excellent host and we look forward to staying at the Beach Shack again! HIGHLY recommend this location!

The beachshack is cute, clean, and convenient to all Folly Beach has to offer...Perfect accommodations for a beach getaway with our children. The owners are responsive and the house was comfortable. We hope to return again soon!

We got this place for it's easy walk and location to a beach access (since we have young children). I never imagined a place to be so calm and relaxing in the midst of tourist season (especially 2 blocks from Berts! An awesome beach mart). But we found (my wife and I) sitting outside on the patio underneath the umbrella at night after the kids went down to be incredible calm with the ability to listen to the waves crash just 2 blocks away. We often marveled at how nice and quiet it was in the evenings. Would recommend 100 times to any friends and family thinking about visiting Folly.

Lovely beach house
We really enjoyed our stay. This place is perfect for 2-4 people. We really enjoyed the covered patio and the outdoor shower, which was perfect after a day at the beach. We would come and stay here again. Thank you Katherine for your hospitality!

Senior Road Trip - 60!
This was a celebration trip for turning 60 with my friend. We loved this property, we loved everything about the house, the location and the hosts! We especially enjoyed the front patio area each morning with coffee and each evening with cocktails. The covered patio came in handy a few times it rained but it was by far THE BEST FOLLY PROPERTY I have ever rented and I will definitely book with Kat Grimes again the next trip to Folly. This was my 6th time on Folly and I finally found a "go-to" spot for my trips. We cooked a few times and every single thing we needed was there from pans to spices - Kat did not skip any details when putting this property together and it always felt like home and it will always be a fond memory. We plan to return in 2 years to celebrate turning 62! Folly is my happy place and now I have a happy place to call home and look forward to returning to. Thank you so much, Kat, and your wonderful cleaning crew for everything!

We had a wonderful time!!! The property was clean, decorated beautifully and was the perfect location!! We loved just having a 30 second walk to the beach! The beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Parking is definitely at a premium. We thought we had parked correctly on a side street & we got a $60 parking ticket for improper parking. We were told we should have read the city ordinances.
The Beach is close & it was great having beach chairs & towels available for our use.
Overall, it was a nice vacation.

This was the cutest beach house with everything you could need to make your vacation awesome. Katt was a wonderful host and answered every question we had. Check in was great! A couple of things...I’m tall, 6’6” and the ceiling height is 7ft. If your tall like me, it will be a distraction. Also, Ashley St. is the main rd used to travel from one end to the other on Folly beach. If you want a laidback, surfer town vibe, Folly beach is the place.
