House was great and ad advertised. We enjoyed the amenities (pool within walking distance, fire pit, dock to paddle board, kayak and fish. We also rented a pontoon boat and had ease docking to make the best use of it for the day. House patio was great, with awesome views. All bedrooms and bathrooms were ample size and clean.

Awesome place to stay! Has such a beautiful view. The pool was great. The house was nice and clean. Any problems we had, they fixed very quickly. Only complaints are that the hot tub unfortunately was not functioning and we didn’t know that until we got there. And the oven wasn’t the best. Took forever to cook things. Aside from that I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect house for our large family. Very Clean and the house was in good repair. The only complaint I would have is there was not quite enough large-scale Kitchen Bowls and Bakeware to prepare meals for a large family. (We were a family of 16) There was only 1 cookie sheet and one glass baking pan. We were thankful we brought deposable aluminum pans. If you are a cook, take your own Knife and special pans. *Note:The upstairs bedrooms are the loudest because everything echos from the family and kitchen. We loved the fact there was no TV on the main level, it kept the family engaged with each other instead of being distracted by a TV. The location is kinda isolated with a gravel road to access the property. (4x4 or front wheel drive preferred) Bring a Wagon to go back and forth from the pool and to the boat docks. It's a little hike down to the docks but so worth spending the afternoon. We brought our own boat, paddle boards & Kayaks and glad we did. We were lucky enough to have the entire resort to ourselves all week. Beautiful infinity pool. There was plenty of room at the pool deck for us to set up our Redneck family Olympic games. (Cornhole, Washer Game, Water Pong, Ladder ball) We would definitely come back for another family vacation here. Everything worked out perfectly for our stay.

Overall we had a decent stay. It is a nice house with plenty of room for large parties. However, we had to make multiple trips to the store for things we feel should have been provided such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. The hand soap in the bathrooms and the dish soap in the kitchen were layered with different kinds/colors of old soap with chunks at the bottom. With a house that accommodates 18 people, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (some already half used).
Only 1 roll of paper towels were provided for a 5 day stay.
There is a very limited amount of wash cloths. Definitely not enough for each guest to have their own wash cloth. In the welcome binder it was requested that guests do not use wash cloths to remove make up and that make up remover wipes are provided. Remover wipes were not provided and we had to use paper towels to remove make up.
The thermostat is locked and guests have no control over the temperature. The property manager was very accommodating when contacted after hours to turn the temperature up to make the stay more comfortable.
We were looking forward to fishing but found the boat is not available for rent during the time of year we stayed.
There is no TV in the common area of the main floor but there is a TV in the basement with a good amount of seating.
We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with a few details.
