Oceanfront Oak Island home 'Luck and Laughter' with 5 bedrooms, sleeps 14!
Fortuna e risate - Splendida casa fronte mare con passerella privata che conduce alla spiaggia. Questa casa offre 4 camere da letto (2 delle quali sono master suite e una 5a zona notte - "angolo di pisolino") e 3. 5 bagni. Il piano principale comprende l'accesso al balcone. TV in 2 master suite e area soggiorno principale. Cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito e doppie gamme Jenn-Air. Altre caratteristiche includono ascensore, finestra a oblò in vetro colorato, sala da sole, balconi su più piani e molto altro. Viste senza ostacoli per godersi l'alba e il tramonto. Gazebo privato alla fine della passerella privata per sedersi e godersi il panorama. Posizione eccellente sull'isola, a pochi passi dal corridoio commerciale (negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti). Inoltre situato vicino al ponte principale con facile accesso dentro e fuori l'isola. Apprezzerai l'ambiente tranquillo e riservato di questa casa. Se la pace è ciò che stai cercando, non cercare oltre. Andrai a casa sentendoti come una persona nuova. Fai ricordi di una vita a "Luck & Laughter". Non fumatore.

This is a beautiful private home on cul-de-sac end so ample parking which was great. The bunk bedrooms-some of the counted sleeping were trundles from under the lower bunks so keep this in mind- they are not made for adults. The elevator was wonderful for my elderly mother and very pregnant daughter. The sand dunes are very high so know it is not simple to walk to the beach for some. The Better Beach Rental staff were great and very responsive to our questions. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you would need for a large group.

The property was okay overall, but a little outdated. The Mst bathroom toilet barely drained from lack of proper venting and the cleaner’s could’ve spent more time cleaning all the bathrooms, as far as the fixtures. The location was great and we loved the privacy, because it was at the end of the road.

The house was beautiful...clean. The pool amazing. Photos as expected except while the beach is walking distance from the house it should be noted there's a rather steep sand dune at the end of the boardwalk. Some people may not be able to navigate.

The whole house could use a good scrub. Dirty floors and rugs. The mattresses were stained and blankets and mattress covers were not cleaned between guests. My 2 year old daughter and I left covered in bites. The host was slow to respond to messages leading up to our trip; fortunately, we didn’t need help during our stay. The walk to the beach was very long, followed by a steep dune, which was challenging. The layout and space were nice and the kitchen was wonderful. Lots of games, puzzles, and books to keep everyone entertained. The pool was really nice and the outdoor areas were great. I would stay again if it were cleaner.
