La nostra affascinante casa si trova sul fiume Comal a New Braunfels e nel cuore della città. Non è solo sul fiume Comal (che è alimentato a molla, chiaro e con una costante 78 °), ma a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, mercato agricolo e dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla Schlitterbahn. La casa è stata arredata e decorata da un interior designer professionista con amorevole attenzione. House ha tre enormi camere da letto, due bagni. HDTV in ogni camera da letto e un 4K nel soggiorno, cucina abitabile, ampio parcheggio privato e lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. House può ospitare fino a 8. Situato dopo l'ultima uscita dei tuberi, troverai la casa privata e tranquilla. Giardiniere incluso. Cani (2) fino a 35 libbre ok con un deposito aggiuntivo. La casa può essere affittata solo una volta al mese, quindi prenota ora.

My wife and I had an excellent time during our stay! Loved having the river out our back door, and the quiet of the neighborhood. Nearly all of downtown was within a mile of our location!
Owner went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable!
Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the big windows and view of the river. We saw amazing wildlife while sitting in the living room.
The host was always quick to respond when we reached out to her, thank you Annette!

We stayed for a month and could have stayed longer. The house is great, location is great, contact with Annette was great. Really enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back!

You can’t beat this location. We have small children and they had no problem making the easy 10 minute walk to Schlitterbahn which is super helpful because the parking lot gets full fast. It’s also an easy walk to Prince Solms Park to float the Comal River if you have your own tubes. We loved being able to float the Comal and hop out into our own backyard. The hostess was great with communication.
Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the front master bedroom was a lot warmer than the rest of the house making it difficult to sleep, even with the ceiling fan and portable fan on full blast. My husband ended up sleeping on the living room couch since the other beds were occupied by my sons and mother-in-law. We can’t wait to come back when the AC gets fixed/balanced and the front bedroom is cooling better.
