Awesome condo with phenomenal views of the beach! Very clean and nicely decorated! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property with breathtaking sea views! Very sad to leave but will be back!!

Spent first 3 weeks of October at this condo. It was awesome Place is as advertised. Great 🌅 from the balcony, and wonderful moments watching pelicans glide by. Walking distance to market and Vinz Restaurant close by. Property owner Michelle was terrific. Very quick to respond to any questions or problems that occurred. Will definitely stay again,

Very well decorated and maintained condominium with outstanding views of the ocean. Exceptionally clean and well managed by the owner. Communication was helpful and gracious. Exterior of building is a little tired, but the unit itself is very nice on the inside.

This unit was really great! Very centrally located and right on a wonderful beach. The views from the unit were stunning from every room…even the shower! We fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night even with the slider closed. The unit was renovated very nicely. Very comfortable furniture and beds. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a tent. Michelle was a pleasure to work with.

Property location excellent (best beach views, access to downtown), most well equipped, beautifully decorated, nice and comfortable beds/furniture (as if owners private residence, not minimalistic rental business). Host/owner very responsive to all communications! Loved it - hope and plan to return soon ---- 5 stars + all around!

I can’t say enough about Michelle our host she was helpful, and very conscientious. The view and the convenient location makes this condo exceptional! *Tip: get up early and take in the stunning sunrises from you private top floor patio.

Enjoyed our time in Vero, the ocean views from the condo are amazing! Highly recommend, we look forward to coming back!

When we first booked the units Michelle was very responsive to us everything was fine once we arrived to the unit on three separate occasions we tried to contact her we had no parking sticker for the property we never got one we also wanted to purchase one more day on the tail end of our vacation due to the fact that our airlines canceled our flights and we lost out on the front end she told us before we traveled that she could not help us because the condo was rented when in fact the condo was not rented as we found out later on and when we asked her we never got a response and final condo was good communication not so good

The condo views of Vero Beach amazing! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy. Michelle is so easy to work with and very responsive with any questions. LOVED LOVED LOVED this place!!!

We want to first complement the owner. Insanely organized, highly responsive and resourceful without being intrusive, Michelle was the best, and made our stay easy and memorable. This place was fantastic! The unit is as it is represented; modern updates, right on the ocean on the top floor, fantastic views, and the constant beautiful sound of the ocean - feeling almost like you are in a large suite on a cruise ship. A wrap around balcony which feels like it went on for days was a perfect spot to watch sunrises with coffee and cocktails for sunset.Everything is 5-10 minutes away, from the main drag in Vero to grocery stores, restaurants, boating, golf etc. Kitchen was just large enough and well appointed and got a lot of use, including hosting Thanksgiving for our family. We will definitely come back!

Our stay started off a little rocky, with some miscommunication that resulted in us walking in on construction workers that hadn't finished updates contracted by the owner. As I often say, you can learn more about a person or company once there's a problem thrown into the mix that has to be resolved. That being said, Michelle (owner) bent over backward to get the situation under control and satisfy us. She was responsive, prompt, and accomodating. To say the least, we were quite impressed with how she handled everything to our satisfaction.As far as the property, it was simply stunning. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another unit on Vero Beach that has the views of 506 Ocean Club. The wrap-around balcony is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 -70' long with plenty of comfy seating and a nice grill. Plenty of beach gear is provided such as boogie boards, umbrella,s chairs, and even a tent. The unit is so close to the water, that when you look out the east windows from inside, you do not see any beach, just the Atlantic ocean. It reminded us of being on a cruise ship. Waking up every morning to these sunrise views was definitely a great way to reset the mind and body. The overall grounds are also well taken care of and we especially enjoyed all the beautiful landscaping around the pool and the natural shade canopies that allowed us to escape the direct sun but still enjoy being outside.Briant, the on-site property manager was very helpful and a great source of conversation and info in regard to local restaurants, shopping, etc.Another plus of the property is that it's an easy and pleasant walk down to the beach to Mulligan's, Ocean Grill, and the oceanside bar at Gloria Estefan's place. This area is known as the Treasure Coast, due to a dozen or so Spanish treasure ships that sank off the shore in a hurricane in the 1700s. We were sure to keep our eyes open for silver doubloons and emeralds as we took our daily walks. Unfortunately, we didn't find any Spanish treasure, but we're so happy to have found our own little East Coast treasure in 506 Ocean Club. We'll definitely be back Michelle! We had an absolutely fabulous stay at 506! It truly was everything and MORE than we expected. Communication with the owner, Michelle, via VRBO was easy and timely. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The balcony provided fantastic views up and down the beach while providing a perfect view of the sunrise or simply a place to relax. The interior was very clean, classy and comfortable. It truly was quite a treat to stay in such a beautiful and well stocked condo with an amazing view.

This was the perfect corner of the world to spend a month during the "Rona 2020. A view from every room -evenncluding the master shower -over the gorgeous Atlantic and quiet beaches. The pool was heated and saltwater so even on the few days the ocean was too rough for swimming, the pool was delightful. Nice neighbors and great location to parks, shopping and dining. Michelle the owner is responsive and kind. The only thing I would change is the matresses. They are very soft for my taste, but others may love it. The washer and dryer were new, kitchen stocked and easy for cooking during lockdown. Wonderful time! Thanks so much.
