Venite a "Totally Beachin" per una vacanza rilassante. Vieni a vedere i cavalli selvaggi, il Faro, testa Balena Club, shopping, ristoranti, bar, spiagge impressionante, e molto altro ancora. Troverete tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e godere la vostra vacanza.
Come parte dei Villaggi a comunità Ocean Hill, il soggiorno comprende anche l'accesso privato alla spiaggia, due piscine, uno snack bar, un centro fitness (con piccolo supplemento), tennis, pallavolo, campi da basket, un parco giochi, e un po ' comunità di lago per la pesca.
C'è solo un 2 minuti di auto per l'accesso 4X4 Beach Carova Beach dove il cavallo santuario selvaggio è. Il quartiere ha meravigliosi sentieri naturali che vi porterà al suono. Percorsi meravigliosi che sono sufficientemente ampia per gli escursionisti e andare in bicicletta.
La nostra casa è di 3 piani con al piano superiore essere un bel piano piano aperto, soffitti alti con un sacco di spazio. È dotato di vari ponti per godere, una vasca idromassaggio e doccia esterna. Si può anche approfittare di una griglia a carbone e tavolo da picnic all'aperto. La zona giorno è dotato di un TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD / VCR, stereo, e un sacco di giochi e puzzle. E, naturalmente, c'è la connessione WiFi gratuita.
Il secondo piano ha tre camere da letto uno è molto spaziosa matrimoniale con un letto king size, un bel bagno grande e un ponte. Le altre due camere sono spaziose pure. Uno che ha un letto king size e l'altra una regina, che ha il proprio mazzo con uno swing amaca per sedersi e rilassarsi. Essi condividono un bagno completo. La lavanderia è anche su questo piano. Al piano di sotto di due camere da letto. Una con letti a castello e il fondo di essere un letto full size. L'altra camera ha due letti singoli. La sala giochi con un biliardino è qui e un bagno completo pure. La casa è dotata di tutte le lenzuola.

An ideal location to everything… beaches, restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. We enjoyed our stay in Corolla and excursions to Carova Beach and southward to Nags Head. This home is older, is clean and spacious. Just a 2 minute drive to a private beach with parking. We didn’t miss a step with tropical storm Ophelia bringing heavy rain and high wind gusts on Friday afternoon/evening. Thank you so much Catherine for opening your home. Great stay!

This home is welcoming and capable of accommodating larger groups. Owner is easy to communicate with. Kitchen well stocked and most furniture comfortable. Five minute walk to beach. Our group thought the basement could use a larger dehumidifier (just because we had to empty it often) and that the shower heads could be updated - although they are perfectly functional. Thanks for a nice stay.

The property was comfortable; the location was very nice. There are some items that could be improved upon. I would provide more than one dish towel and more wash cloths would be nice. The powder room sink faucet is dripping if you don’t get it turned off just right. These are minor things and this is not meant to be a complaint. All in all it is a nice property and my family and I enjoyed our week there.

We had a great time here! Plenty of room for my parents, me, my husband, and our kids ages 22, 22, 18, 16, 13, and 9. The location was much better than I expected. The beach is a 5 min walk and only crosses 1 semi busy road which has a sidewalk and a crosswalk. The walk did not feel long or dangerous at all.
There’s a pool at one of the beach access points which is super convenient that the beach and pool are next to each other! There’s also a 2nd pool by Crystal Lake/the fitness center/basketball court. (Make sure you get your pool passes at the fitness center the first day before going to the beach pool to save having to walk back.) There was also plenty of parking at the beach access point. (Bring your parking permit.)
The house was great. Sheets and bath towels were provided. When we went there was toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, kuerig and regular coffee pots, coffee filters, salt, pepper, other seasonings, dish soap. It was one of the best stocked properties I’ve stayed at! There were also some beach chairs and boogie boards in the carport.
The hot tub was clean and functional. We enjoyed it. It’s on the 2nd floor deck which is nice because it provides some shade and protection from the rain.
The 2nd king bedroom is attached to the hallway full bathroom which was super convenient because you can enter from the bedroom or hallway. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at OBX! Cathy was very easy to communicate with! The house was in the perfect location- only 10 minutes away from the shops and a couple minutes walk to the beach.

Owner was great at communicating, the open floor plan upstairs provided lots of space, plenty of decks, hot tub was excellent, private beach access with the pool right by the water was a huge plus. There were a lot of kitchen items and check-in was easy. You are steps from the 4x4 beach which was great for us- we rented a jeep for 2 days. The propane grill works well and is in a good location on the top deck, AC was excellent and all the decks have nice chairs on them. The property is not very updated, no screens on patio doors and agree with other guests that the beds are kind of hard, most rooms have really small dvd-style TVs, and there are no beach supplies (toys, chairs, bikes, etc.)- which we knew but is nice when they are available. For the price it was a good stay and no issues. If arriving early, park by the ocean-side pool and go to the beach, but don’t expect to get into the actual pool without passes, which you need to get with the paperwork inside the house. The pool staff at the clubhouse was rude about this, but that is not the owners fault. We had some pest problems in the house but the owner had a company come out right away, so just communicating with them if there’s a problem is the best way to go! The owner even brought us extra kitchen towels when I mentioned the cleaners forgot to leave us some.

The location was fabulous and a good time was had by all, but the attention to detail in the home is lacking. There were stains on white bath towels, a ripped bunk bed mattress, mold in the master shower, a broken microwave door, and the grill was beyond filthy. Just to name a few concerns. With a good cleaning and some attention to detail this could be an amazing property. The home layout was great. The kids loved the foosball table.
We brought up a few initial concerns with the property to the owner. She was responsive but aggressive and accusatory. She told us that we would incur an extra fee for entering the home before the listed check in time. We explained to her that we had 3 children who had to use the bathroom and there was no one at the property. We were charged $100 for entering the home 2 hours early. Next the homeowner accused us of bringing in extra guests because she saw a rental crib on the Ring camera and thought we were moving beds into her home. Honestly, it was upsetting to start out our vacation feeling like we were defending our every move.
We will be back to Corolla, but will do more research before renting a home.

Great spot
Could not have asked for a better location. Pools and facilities amazing. Corolla is the place to stay in the outer banks. Only complaint is one of the decks is in really bad shape but no worries just don’t use it. Will be back in Corolla someday. Communication with owner is fantastic

Vacation 2022
If you like a work out , this property is for you! Lots of steps. The bedrooms were large and comfy. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Never did find the private beach, and the gentleman where you registered had no idea what we were talking about. Convenient to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The weather was perfect! It was a very relaxing vacation despite the construction next door. We thank the host for the use of their home.

Great time in Corolla!!
I love the location and the community that this property is in. It’s the closest community to the 4x4 beach in Corolla. The amenities are pretty awesome within the community! There are two pools and a private beach access. The house is spacious with plenty of private balconies, one balcony including a hot tub. The house was clean on the inside. It had all the kitchen appliances you could think of. The owner was quick to respond and happy to answer all the questions I had. Some improvements could be done to the house. A lot of the houses in the community have their own private pool, this house does not have a private pool. The shower heads were outdated, the outside shower was not in great shape, but did the job! Other than that, I loved our experience at the Beach Oasis and would definitely return!!

The accommodations were very nice. Everything was well kept and organized. The access to the beach was very convenient and the pools were impeccably maintained. Traffic getting to the house and other locations on the OBX was difficult, but the house and location itself were wonderful.

Birthday/ vacation!
Loved our time at this beautiful home! So close to the 4 x 4 beach and it was amazing to see the wild horses!!! House was full of amenities and the hot tub was excellent! Only critiques were no working DVD players, we couldn’t get the oven to boil water to cook our corn, and the deck off of the kitchen to the right is very wobbly and in need of repair. You can tell the house is very well-maintained and the owner is very quick to respond with any issues. I would definitely recommend this house and can’t wait to go back again in the future!!! We were very sad to go because it felt like our home away from home!

We loved the home, it provided everything we expected and more! Everything was clean and neat. Easy Access to shopping and 4x4 beach! The location was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back!!

The grill was full of old ashes and the trash cans were stinky and full. The carpet and throw rugs were musty and tattered. The owner was prompt to return messages but avoided apologizing for anything, blaming the past renters or the cleaning crew for any issues. When the WiFi went out half way through the trip she was very helpful and able to patch us through to the service but here again she claimed “this has never happened before”. We feel the owner would do well to do a few simple updates (new coffee maker, lamps etc.,), provide better linens and pillows (a small cost but big impact on comfort) and have more empathy when interacting with disappointed guests.

Easy check-in, nice property, great location. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach and pool. I Loved the outside shower at the property so that we didn't track sand in the house.
