Our second time staying here - spacious, well appointed condo in the perfect spot in the heart of Rosemary. We come to Rosemary 4-5 times each year and will definitely stay here again and again.

Mercado 4A was great! The best thing about this condo is its location to the restaurants and activities of Rosemary. The condo was nice and clean. The bedrooms were good sized. The kitchen is small, but has plenty of cookware; it was perfectly fine for what we needed. There isn't a pantry, so storing food is a little challenging, but we made it work. The only gripe I have is that this is a 3 bedroom condo and there is a miniature 4-5 cup coffee machine, which makes essentially 1 coffee cup worth of coffee for 2 people. You have to make numerous batches of coffee in the morning and the coffee machine is slow. If you had 6 coffee drinkers stay here, it would take you an hour for everybody to get 1-2 cups of coffee. Please, just get a regular coffee machine for the condo! I even asked the rental company about this during our stay and they said, "this is all we have for the unit." I ended up just going out for coffee most mornings. Other than the coffee machine (which isn't a deal breaker), the place was terrific. Would stay here again.

we arrived on Saturday and the place seem clean but after unpacking and looking further the bathrooms were not clean well and the drawer still had Sand it them. The first bathroom as you walk in the door shower/water faucet was not working so the bathroom is not cleaned properly especially during a very anxious time of Covid The elevator was broken when we arrived would only come down but not up so as we stood there with another family we realize that we were going to have to bring up 5- 50 pounds suitcases up four flights as well as all of our groceries and beach chairs and my son had just had knee surgery so we had to run up for flights send it down to him and then push it to come back up the washer and dryer was broke when we arrived which we did not know about and ran a load of wash which was set for cold But the washer only had scolding hot water available so it ruined several articles of clothing valued over $200 which will not be compensated for The Wi-Fi was Horrible! The only good thing about this place is the location and the size of the place
