I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. Camera pulita e fornita del necessario. Posizione ottima, al centro di Belluno a pochi passi dal fiume Piave e i bellissimi paesaggi di montagna.
Forse sarebbe meglio fornire un letto piuttosto che un divano letto che inevitabilmente ha un materasso scomodo e rumoroso. Anche il frigorifero in camera era molto rumoroso.

Beautiful updated IKEA catalog apartment with big screen smart TV.
If owner is not going to install AC, a fan would be appreciated. And screen for windows. I was bit by mosquitos several times throughout the night.
Check in process should be improved. If you say you are going to meet at apartment, then do so. Don’t make person go to apartment just to have them call you for instructions. With lock box system, you could just send code via message at check in time.

Very clean, comfortable bed.
It was hot and had no fan. Could not keep windows open because of mosquitoes and flies coming in.

Clean good location
We left a window open and lots of bugs came in at night time. Our fault but a note / heads up from host to close windows otherwise this will happen would be good! We used a lot of spray to kill the bugs but it left a very strong odour in master bedroom while sleeping.

The apartment was newly renovated.
It was very close to public transport and walking distance from the town of Belluno .
We did ask for extra pillows and a non slip mat for the shower , the owner delivered these .
No wi fi is a problem . No heating . The ambience of the apartment location was not up to expectations.
The photos on the booking site are ambiguous.

The Place is new and comfortable
The fact that I need to clean the kitchen, empty the fridge. And take out the trash. It would be nice to have the option of pay a cleaning fee.. I want to relax, not cleaning an apartment that I stay for 1 night.. that's why for me it's a 7, with cleaning services would be a 9.. not a 10 because the fridge is a little loud, and it's next to the bed.

Great location, close to the city center, a room with all the facilities that you need, a perfect place to spend your vacation! Definetly I'll return there!

Melissa was very nice, patient and accommodating, and made the check in easy. The place was clean, and located right near the city center. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating in. For someone looking for a very basic stay from which to go hiking nearby, this could be a good choice.
Very basic unit, did not offer even shampoo/body soap, or a water kettle (we used a pot), or coffee. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the apartment is located such that there is no view of the mountains, but rather a view of the parking lot. The unit is very small and may feel cramped.

The lady is very flexible and helpful.
The quality and cleanliness of the apartment is excellent.
Its location is a few minutes walk from the center or the train station, which is very good.

Clean, refurbished well equipped (fridge, microwave, gas stove etc.) apartment located close to the city centre. Good value for the money.
The bed sofa was not comfortable to sleep in.

The owner of the property was very supportive and helpful. We spent one night at the apartment before continuing on our journey the next morning. Despite our very late arrival (past midnight), the owner was highly responsive and gave us all the help we needed to get in the apartment. The apartment is cozy with a cute kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed was a lot more comfy than we expected. We had a very good sleep on it.
