We initially decided to restructure it for us so everything was built to max confort & quality & forniture are from high quality brands (SCAVOLINI, POLTRONESOFA, IKEA, HANSGROE).
The main room is 55 square meters, with beautiful and highly isolated exposed wood roof, big automatic VELUX skylights, big windows on south and west sides, DIERRE security door.
You will enjoy a fully equipped SCAVOLINI kitchen with dishwasing machine and induction hop, a sofa-bed with a real 12 cm memoryfoam mattress 160x200 by POLTRONESOFA (you can open the bed in 5 seconds!), lunch table and 6 chairs by IKEA, 37 inc LCD TV with DVD player and LG micro-HIFI.
The bedroom has a king size bed 160x200 with 4 big below drawers and a wardrobe (IKEA) and a big auto skylight: laying on the bed you can see stars!!
Bathroom has double sink, shower-box 120x80 with HANSGROE shower column and a very usefull LAVASCIUGA (wash&dry machine!)
The front portico covers 10x3m terrace with BBQ & fonitures to eat, drink a glass of local wine & relax in front of the garden!
We live in the same building, with different entrance on the opposite side of the garden, so you can contact us easily during your stay, in the morning and evening hours.
In any case you can contact us via sms/whatsapp or mobile phone call.
