7 min. a piedi da Sacré Coeur e dall'artista Place du Tertre, a 12 minuti da Pigalle, a 15 min. in metro fino al centro storico. Il famoso mercatino dell'antiquariato / mercatino delle pulci Marché de Clignancourt non è lontano. Bistrot, caffetterie, brasserie, ristoranti, locali notturni, passeggiate romantiche ...
Taxistand, 2 linee della metropolitana (4 e 12) ciascuna a 2 min. a piedi, diverse linee di autobus, Montmartrobus.
Accesso diretto a rue Ramey, ma piuttosto tranquillo. Superficie abitabile di 23 mq, con alcova e soppalco basso, 1 letto matrimoniale di dimensioni standard nell'alcova per un massimo di 2 persone e 1 letto matrimoniale di dimensioni standard sopra per le successive 2 persone, letto singolo aggiuntivo pieghevole per l'eventuale 5 ° persona. Per le altre opzioni per dormire, si prega di chiedere, potrebbe esserci un piccolo supplemento. I letti saranno pronti al tuo arrivo.
Lo studio è arredato e attrezzato in modo abbastanza semplice e non tutto è nuovo o di design, ma è completamente funzionale.

We (2 parents & 2 young adult kids) enjoyed our recent stay in this apartment. Location is great: the immediate area has lots of restaurants & cafés, a boulangerie, a grocery store, and the Montmartre district itself can be explored easily on foot. The apartment is also near subway lines & buses so it was a great base to explore the rest of Paris. It is pretty quick to get to the Gare du Nord & Gare de l'Est, and about 40 min. to CDG airport via public transport. The apartment worked great for the 4 of us, with its double loft-style bunk bed, kitchen area with lots of counter space, a 4-burner stove, microwave, fridge & freezer compartment, and enough pots, pans and dishes for simple meals. There's also a clothes washer and drying rack, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and tub with a hand-held showerhead.The apartment is on the ground floor but quite quiet, even at night, and the windows & glass door have privacy film on them plus curtains. We were in Paris during hot weather but the apartment stayed relatively comfortable, probably because during the summer, it doesn't get a lot of direct afternoon sunlight (but gets plenty of natural daylight). We brought two small USB-powered travel fans and they were enough.The host is very friendly and gracious and gave us a full introduction on how everything works in the apartment plus helpful info on interesting museums and other local points of interest. We'd recommend this apartment!!

Marta was a warm and welcoming host and her studio was very comfortable and convenient. It was also well placed near public transportation and in a fun neighborhood that had lots of stores and a diversity of places to eat or take away.
