Nikte # 1 è un condominio spazioso e ben arredato con una splendida vista sulla piscina e sulla baia del Mar dei Caraibi. Questa unità di lusso con 3 camere da letto si trova nella parte centrale dell'Akumal's Half Moon Bay, vicino ai ristoranti La Lunita e La Buena Vida ea pochi passi da numerosi servizi locali, tra cui l'acquario naturale che è la laguna di Yalku.
Il condominio vanta un grande piano aperto, soggiorno / sala da pranzo / angolo cottura e tutti i comfort moderni come AC centrale, TV a schermo piatto e Wi-Fi. Una grande terrazza privata conduce direttamente al ponte della piscina e la spiaggia e la baia oltre.
Akumal è una piccola comunità di spiaggia con gente ecologicamente orientata, e due baie che sono la casa perfetta per una varietà di vita marina tropicale e tartarughe marine in via di estinzione. Akumal si trova a 20 minuti in auto dalle famose località turistiche di Playa del Carmen e Tulum, e ad appena un'ora a sud dell'aeroporto internazionale di Cancun.

Everything was great, the pool, the property, the rooms. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6 and it was the perfect space for us. Our only critique would be that the wood on the patio needs to be replaced soon. There are some rotten boards that are popping up and a few sift spots. But we still had a great time and enjoyed the patio everyday. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

We rented two 2 bedroom units (#2 and #5) and one 3 bedroom unit (#1) for our family of 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 14. My experience of working with Akumal Direct was terrific. They were very helpful in getting the details of our trip organized, from the shuttle to and from the airport, to a chef to provide dinner for us when we arrived as well as arranging for the golf carts. They responded quickly to any questions I had and very informative. The units were in very great condition, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was adequately supplied with utensils and dishware. The maintenance crew did a great job with the pool and getting the area around the pool refreshed each morning at 8. The maid service came in each day and were very friendly and efficient. Fortunately my wife speaks Spanish so we were able to communicate with the maid. Akumal is pretty laid back with small tourist shops and a good selection of restaurants. There are a lot of rocks as you get into the ocean which made it a challenge. But once you were past the rocks it was great. The kids had a ball playing in the waves and really enjoyed the small pool in front of the condo. Definitely would return in the future.

This was our fifth trip to Half Moon Bay. We have stayed at other condos, but if you need a third bedroom, Nikte or Nikte-Ha, next door, is the place to stay. We stayed in Unit 1, which is on the ground floor. You can walk outside your bedroom right past the pool and onto the beach, about 75 feet away. You are close to most restaurants, although if you continue down the road to the second condo complex, they have a office that rents golf carts. Alejandro is the man to see. He has newer powered golf carts and the cheapest price. Deal direct with him to save money. Renting a golf cart lets you do over the bridge to the old town. Many Mom and Pop restaurants and sidewalk cafes. They have a market to buy fresh fruit which you really can't on the ocean side of Akumal. We just love this area. Laid back, you can snorkel right off your condo, and restaurants within walking distance. We went in the off season, late October, and many times you could look up and down the beach and maybe see five people. If you like laid back, this is the place to go. If you like the nightlife and parting to 2 am, head to Cancun or Playa.

Nicely furnished ground-level, beach front condo with unheated swimming pool. Tankless water heater gives unlimited hot water. Grounds maintained daily. Has Washer/Dryer, and serviceman attempted to fix washer without success.Electronic ignition on stove inop, so requires lighter. TV was Netflix and Amazon Prime, but no network channels. We brought our own Firestick to get those channels
