The cottage was right on the water. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great location with many wineries in the area. We had a great time!

If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained home away from home, and a site that’s tucked away from the rush and the crowds, look no further. The hosts ensure a positive experience, one where all your needs are anticipated and provided for. I enjoyed the farmlands, vineyards, and hours of staring at the lake. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay on the lake. It was our first stay on Cayuga and we were not disappointed. The cottage is cozy and cute. We grilled on the deck most evenings and loved the sunrises in the morning. We ventured out every day to wineries, parks and trails, and won a little at local casinos. It was a lovely 39th anniversary getaway.

We had such a nice time staying here on our honeymoon. The cottage is perfect for two, and we enjoyed our mornings/evenings watching the sky change on the lake. The area is wonderful and has many local grocery stores where you can purchase fresh produce. Make sure to go hiking in the area while there- so many beautiful waterfalls!

If you are looking for a getaway on a clean beautiful lake - this is the place. Fabulous deck!
Close proximity to wineries, breweries, great restaurants, fresh produce at farm stands, and local history. Check out the Womens National Hall of Fame, Visitor's Center and Wesleyan Chapel run by the National Park Service.

This is a great place. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The location is phenomenal and close to all the Finger Lakes region has to offer.

5 Stars! Eric went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even letting us utilize one of the boat lifts and allowing us to store our boat trailer in his yard. We spent the mornings sipping coffee on the end of the dock, afternoons boating, and evenings around a fire. The bed was comfortable, the view was amazing, and the amenities at the house were outstanding. We will definitely book again.

This is a perfect place on the lake. My wife and I loved the location (within 45 minutes of countless wineries) and spent most our free time sitting on the dock and enjoying the peace and quiet.
The amenities are great, the two window AC units do a great job of cooling the place down and we had no issues with any appliances. The check in and check out process were very easy and the owner was easy to get ahold of and talk to if needed.
Would 100% stay here again.

Unhappy that the sliding glass doors to the deck did not lock. Asked the owner about it and he said it had a stick in the door. A stick does not qualify as a lock, it is a secondary lock. Didn't realize that it had window air conditioners and floor heaters. Didn't find that the floor heaters worked.
Most ceilings were vinyl siding that continuously contracted and expanded that were quite noisy during the night.

This was our second time staying, and we love it, such a cute little cottage. Right on the water with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. We enjoy the deck and fire pit. Location is great, and located next to multiple wineries, and breweries! Would love to book again.

Great location, right on Lake Cayuga. Easy access to some new wineries we haven't tried in our other trips up. Bed was comfortable, place was clean and location was perfect right on the lake. Bugs can be bad at night but that is to be expected with the water literally right there. If you have problems with stairs you may want to choose another place.
We will definitely stay here again for future trips.

We don't know why it took us so long to get to the beautiful Finger Lakes. This cottage was absolutely perfect. Having been to Bermuda, we appreciated the attention to detail in the decorating of this charming cottage. We have been renting vacation cottages for over 10 years, and this one was the most well equipped by far. The view and the breeze on the deck was memorable. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at Eric’s place! The cottage was sparkling clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect-right on the water and within easy driving distance to dozens of wineries and breweries. Everything we needed for a wonderful Finger Lakes getaway! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed five nights. The cottage is small but spotless and very well appointed. The porch overhanging the water is heavenly. And the area is full of history, farm stands, and tranquility. A good place to unwind!

Had a great time at the cottage. Staying on the lake was awesome. Beautiful sunrise each morning. Ample outside eating/ lounging area. Bed was very comfortable. Everything you need! Close to parks and wineries. Hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures don't do this little cottage justice. The decorating is so nice, perfect amount of space and amenities. Very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed and more. Great Location, close to wineries and hikes. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock and deck.

Amazing views and location
This home is in an ideal location! Easy access to all the wineries/cideries and state parks! Beautiful views of Cayuga Lake; very peaceful and serene! We enjoyed being on this less commercialized lake compared to Seneca Lake!
The home was very clean and owners were easy to work with! Be advised that there are quite a few stairs to get down to the home and because it’s right on the water there are quite a few lake bugs to clean off the patio seats each morning. However, the views were definitely worth it and I’d highly recommend!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway!
We had a splendid time during our long weekend stay at the Bermuda Sunrise Cottage for our anniversary. My husband and I were married in Bermuda, so it meant all the more to us, especially with all of the adorable "Bermuda" decor! The property is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our early morning coffee watching the sunrise. Having cocktails and barbecuing in the evening on the shaded porch was delightful. We will be back:)

Couples Get Away
We loved the property and location. We cooked in several nights to enjoy the view. The well stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated. Eric was responsive and had a great recommendation to Hazels Kitchen. If you like kayaking do so on Skaneateles Lake, absolutely beautiful .

Perfect Little Place
The hosts thought of EVERYTHING. This cute little waterside boathouse/cottage was perfect for us...a great home base to explore the Finger Lakes area, as well as relax in the evenings on the deck. The place was well-stocked with thoughtful instructions for everything we needed. We really, really enjoyed this little place.

This was the best little lake cottage! We loved all of the personal touches and the quaintness of it. We would definitely recommend this to a friend or come back and stay again ourselves. Everything was really close by so I didn’t have to drive far for anything. House was pretty much fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Had a wonderful time and great experience!
