A Luxurious Modern Villa, Amazing Private Pool & Large Garden. New Rates 2026
Una lussuosa villa spagnola costruita nel 2015 disposta su 2 piani. Ha un grande giardino appartato con ampi balconi davanti e dietro. Grande giardino privato comprende palme. Piscina privata 3mx 9m e profonda 2 metri e di notte a colori che cambiano luci d'atmosfera led. Soggiorno spazioso / sala da pranzo con soffitto con grande tv led e wifi completo. Bagno al piano inferiore con doccia a fontana e funzione di massaggio del corpo. Porte scorrevoli di 4 metri con terrazza ombreggiata che si affaccia sulla piscina. Cucina luminosa e aperta accanto alla sala da pranzo. 4 camere da letto 2 bagni, può ospitare fino a 8 ospiti. C'è anche diversi posti a sedere e sala da pranzo, (offrendo ombra) 3 fuochi a gas barbecue, 8 lettini, la villa dispone di internet wifi, TV inglese, aria condizionata. Parcheggio in strada per 4 auto, situato vicino a numerose spiagge, bar, ristoranti 2 km da Cabo Roig e 2. 5 km dalla spiaggia. 4 km da La Zenia Boulevard

Villa was beautiful and clean , location is ideal with bars only a little walk away. Fergus the host was great to deal with aswell with any questions or help we needed. 10/10 overall

Villa in a quiet urbanisation, walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. Listing says for 8, however, feel it would be a bit cramped for 8 adults. We were a family of 6 adults & a 5 month old & we found the villa just big enough for us. Lovely private outside space, which is what we were looking for, with pool, sunbeds, chairs, sofas, table tennis & 2 eating areas. A little disappointed that not all outside lighting was working during our visit, but were told this at check in. Also, the shower over the bath in the upstairs bathroom was not fitted high enough on the wall, which made it uncomfortable, & the shower tray in the downstairs bathroom had a crack in it, so dipped (also told about this at check in).
Having said all this, we had a lovely stay & enjoyed the outside space where we spent all our time when at the villa.

Stayed in Campoamor Villa in Aug 2019, the villa was fully equipped with everything we needed and the outside space was phenomenal. We hired a car but there were plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance and shops just a few minutes away in the car.
We had a fabulous time and will certainly be returning in the future. Thanks again

I was charged for cleaning for my week unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms,bed linen and towels were poor and let the whole villa down. duvets were stained and smelly (unusable) throws provided in drawers were disgusting and we were given one towel each ( pile of similar towels lying over rear fence in garden) ?? This villa was fab but cleaning detail sadly let it down. Rained on occasion hence floors got wet and dirty no cleaning products at all left to allow us to clean up. 3 beach towels left for villa for 8 people???? Fergus your villa gave us a great holiday but your cleaning regime requires to be changed they are doing the minimum for you. The outside furniture was great but the tables were badly in need of a clean my wife and I should not have to clean everything before use while on a well deserved holiday
