Questo condominio è stato recentemente aggiornato con un sacco ulteriori aggiornamenti a venire! Vernice fresca in una bellissima tonalità blu in tutta l'unità, nuovo arredamento del soggiorno composto da un comodo divano che si trasforma in un letto e 2 comode poltrone, basta sedersi e godersi il panorama dal balcone fronte spiaggia o guardare un film su il nuovo televisore a schermo piatto da 50 ". Un nuovo materasso nella camera da letto principale è perfetto per un buon riposo notturno, e l'accesso al balcone privato sulla spiaggia dalla camera da letto principale è un ulteriore vantaggio! La camera degli ospiti dispone di 2 letti full size con accesso al bagno degli ospiti, lo spazio extra nella camera a castello bonus è lo spazio ideale per i più piccoli di avere una stanza tutta loro. Nuovi mobili da giardino con altezza bar danno una fantastica vista sulla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca di zucchero, che è a pochi passi dal condominio, c'è anche un nuovo frigorifero nella cucina completamente attrezzata, c'è anche una lavanderia molto spaziosa con una dimensione completa lavatore e asciugatore. Tutte le camere vantano TV a schermo piatto HDTV. Questo è un condominio che vorrete tornare anno dopo anno.

We are a family of 6 and it can be difficult to find vacation properties that comfortably fit our entire family. This property definitely fit the bill. We had stayed at another unit in Gulf Dunes last year so we had an idea of what to expect and it did not disappoint.
The cleanliness was good, two minor complaints was some of the dishes had some food still stuck on and we found a sock under a bed that was not ours. Everything else seemed clean and fresh. The garbage shoot on each floor by the elevators was convenient for bringing the trash out and there was a broom/dustpan and vacuum to tidy while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat during our stay. They had plenty of bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths.
A minor complaint/recommendation for the management. Monitor the beach chairs better. There were many groups who took more than the 2 allotted beach chairs and several days we were not able to get chairs on the beach as they were ‘reserved’ by 9am, and spent much of the day with a towel sitting on them with no people around.
Included were 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 packets of dishwasher powder, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
Recommendations on things to bring: extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, hand soap, spray cleaner and/or Lysol wipes. Salt/pepper/condiments/spices you will need. They had lots of extra coffee filters in the unit.

We were given a new router within a couple hours after it couldn’t be resolved. We loved being right on the beach and having the beach service was so nice! The pool isn’t huge but was great for the kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. 7 of us slept comfortably in the condo. We’d 100% recommend this condo and will be back again next year!

The condo is just as described. The condo was spotless and was decorated very beachy (just what I was looking for)! The only thing I would change is to put blackout curtains in the guest bedroom and bunk room to block out the lights from the walk way. We took advantage of the Dolphin Cruise, and it was a blast! Next time I'll be going snorkeling too. It was a wonderful trip! Thank you🏖️

Ladies Trip Over Labor Day Weekend
I stayed here w/ a group of 5 ladies over labor day weekend. The room was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Access to the beach was close and very easy to get to. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Breathtaking view
This property did not disappoint! The view was stunning; with the sea oats, sand and ocean! We spent every evening in the deck. You can watch the fishing pier at night, it’s lit up. The sunrise and sunset, breathtaking! The condo was perfect for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Overall it was a great experience. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Gulf Dunes 208 was a heavenly place to get away. The condo is a beautiful teal color and very attractively decorated. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our group (my husband and I and our kids and my husband’s parents). The bedrooms fit us perfectly. My in-laws stayed in the room with the king, my husband and I and our 9 year old stayed in the room with two full beds and my 14 year old daughter loved the bunk room. The view from the balcony was perfect, it felt like we were right on the beach. The room was clean and well equipped. We ordered takeout from nearby restaurants and ate in each night. Stewby’s is across the street and it was so good, we ate there twice! The dining area was spacious and it was great to be able to gaze at the ocean while having dinner. The two pools were not crowded and we were able to visit them several times during our stay. The complimentary beach set up made relaxing on the beach easy and carefree. We rented an extra set up each day and it was very affordable. We enjoyed the movie rental kiosk in the parking deck, it was a nice way to relax after a day on the beach. The rental company was very easy to work with. We will without a doubt rent this condo again!

Great place and location!
This was overall a great place to stay! The only thing negative I have to say about it was the mattress in the guest bedroom was not comfortable at all. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the room! Location was definitely great! Only a couple of minutes from restaurants and activities!
