My three siblings and I, spouses, children, and my elderly father all stayed here. It had something for everyone--one floor living for my elderly Dad, booster chair for my 3 year old niece, X-Box console for my 22 year old nephews, and everything in-between.

The house was fabulous! We had some issues with the door lock, and eventually had to change the batteries in the lock. I tried contacted the owner but may have not done it correctly on the app, so we had to figure it out for ourselves. But once we got that straightened out, everything was great. Lots of room for my husband and I, and my 2 sisters and their kids.

Our family of eight adults had a wonderful stay in Mashpee! Vlad and Miri were excellent hosts - communication was very easy and the house was clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time on the patio and exploring the nearby marina and Popponesset Island.

The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the air destinations that we enjoyed the facilities themselves provided everything we needed for a restful stay. The facility had resources for the beach and other things as well. There is one issue I’d like to highlight that involved the garbage which was left over from a previous tenant that over night was knocked over onto the lawn that I was asked to pick up by the property owner. I think there could be a better way to deal with that in the future.

We stayed here with 4 couples and two preteens. The house was exactly as pictured, and super clean. Beds were comfy. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. The front patio was perfect for a cookout. Would stay again.

Our family of 9 recently stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding. The house was clean and neat when we arrived, and the outdoor zen garden exuded a very peaceful vibe. The lights at night were beautiful! The owner was very responsive which was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

We loved spending our vacation in this beautiful home. We made new discoveries and reconnected with the ocean after a few years away. We cooked , laughed, danced, ate, enjoyed coloring and board games, took walks, waited each evening for the garden lights, and reconnected as a family. This home gave us all of the ammenities plus! Cannot say enough!

Wedding weekend
We had a lovely stay with family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. With the heat and humidity it was very relaxing to sit inside on the couches and look out at the garden whenever we were not busy with festivities.

Fun place to stay... lots to do close to everything.. only issue was I had the only electronic entry to the house and had to give my phone to others if they were returning sooner.

Delightful Weekend Stay
The location was perfect to house our wedding party over our amazing labor day weekend wedding! The house was spotless just like the pictures and all the bedrooms and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay for all. Property was very clean and included all amenities posted. Had an issue logging into wifi and reached out to property owner/manager who got right back to me! We stayed from Monday thru Friday and the neighborhood is soo quiet you could a pin drop. Great for walks. Especially with a dog with the park being just down the dead-end street across from the house

The grill came in handy. And the living room was spacious. All bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive if I had a question. Let’s just say this was by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. I look forward to booking this property again in the near future.

Our family of 4 and our dog enjoyed our stay at Vlad’s house. The house is very peaceful and quiet. The fenced in front yard makes the house and property feel very private. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was clean and comfortable.
A few minor points: There are 5 bedrooms, but you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to one of the bedrooms, so if you need 5 fully private bedrooms, this may not work for you. We didn’t need 5 bedrooms so this wasn’t a problem for us.

Arriving at this property Is breath taking: The impressive landscaping has comfy benches for reading or socializing. And the inside window views from the spacious living room are lovely. Quiet neighborhood and bike paths were just what we’d wanted. We recommend this home for families.

Fantastic weekend in the Cape!
The property is an absolute joy to look at and stay in. Vladimir was very helpful and flexible with arrangements which we greatly appreciated! The location is also prime with a number of beaches within reasonable driving distance and other seaside activities within walking! All-in-all we loved our stay and would highly recommend Vladimir's lovely home to anybody looking for an easygoing getaway!
