The pool & Tennis court & location are the main positives of the rental, and the house had a nice layout Some of the furniture should be replaced or updated. (there were stains and scratches in the family room and in some bedrooms furniture) The family room couches we too low. many bulbs outside are out and have to be replaced.

House is exactly as pictured - owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Great location, huge backyard, lovely neighborhood and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family had a wonderful stay in Southampton. The house is spacious and well maintained, with the owner taking pride in providing a enjoyable experience for guests. The house included all beach, sports and pool equipment as well as bicycles to ride around the beautiful neighborhood. The owner and caretaker were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay.

We had an amazing time and felt incredibly well cared for. The home and property far and away exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a very special and meaningful holiday season. The home and neighborhood are beautiful-- well manicured, private and quiet. We enjoyed the layout of the house -- lots of space and every room is flooded with natural sunlight and the kitchen’s proximity to the family room is ideal for young children like ours. We were quarantining having traveled in from out of town and felt very fortunate that the property is quite spacious with a pond across the street for short nature walks, a tennis court + basketball to play on the warmer winter days and a small hill for the girls to sled on the snow days. Grateful for the accommodations, communication and hospitality from both the host and groundskeeper. We would revisit in a heartbeat and have already inquired about a summer stay!

Great stay in a great well kept home. So spacious. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Owner was most accommodating in leaving the pool open for us into October. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this property and we would love to come back again.

Lovely home on beautiful grounds. Excellent location. Well stocked with essentials. Perfect for families. Pool, tennis court, basketball court and fire pit. Owner very cooperative and helpful.
