Owner was very responsive and helpful. Big kitchen. Comfortable couches. Check in was easy.
No streaming or much TV. Some construction noise.

The location was good for our needs. Two bedrooms was great as we had 4 people.
There were no backing pans or supplies. No face cloths. Only one towel per person.

I really like the location as it was close to bus stops and made navigation very easy in the cold. I also liked the easy check in self service. It was seamless
Nothing out of the ordinary. My concerns were highlighted to the property managers and they have promised to address it going forward
