First and foremost, the location of the accommodation was truly superb. Situated just a 10-minute walk away from the beach, it provided the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The stunning view of the mountains from the premises added a touch of natural beauty that made every morning truly special. Waking up to such a picturesque sight was a fantastic way to start each day of our stay. Definitely recommend climbing up the hill and seeing a perfect view of Mondello and Palermo. The hosts at Villa Piera were nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests were highly commendable. I cannot emphasize enough how much their presence contributed to making our stay memorable. Thanks and a big hug, seniore Salvatore! The accommodation itself was delightful. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like I was in a home away from home. It was evident that the owners had taken great care in equipping the place with everything a guest could need. You can eat inside or outside, lay near the house and get some sun, or just walk in the garden or outside near the mountain, just amazing! We were with 2 small kids and they had plenty of room to play outside, they enjoyed the place too! It is exactly as described on Booking, actually, it is even better than in the pictures! 10 out of 10!

The house is very nicely decorated, recently renovated, VERY clean and spacious. We had the pleasant surprise that it was even more beautiful than in the pictures on Booking. It is located 10 minutes' walk from Mondello beach in a very quiet area. The house is well equipped. it even has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Mount Pellegrino is right behind the house, which makes the landscape in the garden a dream. We had the opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by lemon trees, orange trees and flowering leanders. We were 4 adults and an infant. The owner's parents live in the house next door, but this wasn't a problem, it was even nice when they passed by in the morning and greeted us. From our point of view, both the house and Mondello are perfectly positioned to visit the whole island of Sicily. We will definitely return here!

The dish detergent, kitchen towels and toilet paper they provided were in minimal quantity. We didn't consider this a problem, the supermarket was close so I went and bought them.

We’ve been welcomed extremely generously, the host gave us local products and provided all necessary stuff. Everything was clear The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, you literally have everything what you need. The internet speed 9mbps download and 20mbps upload, yes upload higher the download :)

Great location. Nice and quiet off the main road and the host is always available to ask a question. Very obliging host and father lives next door to also assist. Would highly recommend this place.
