The aircon is good. And the owners of the hotel are very good and kind.

I like the location. Very near the Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, and other Da Nang landmarks. The place is safe and fits my budget.
-The place looks too old, and the facilities fit the price. For example, the bed and the toilet need a whole renovation. But for comfort, it's okay, and the price is especially good for budget travellers.
-No front desk attendant at night. Make sure to contact them ahead of time for your arrival so you won't get caught waiting in the middle of the night for your check-in time.
-I see cockroaches, and when we left the food at the table, there were ants everywhere.
-No AC in the lobby

The proximity to the airport was nice. It was also nice that there was a small market next door.
There were bugs everywhere. Mold all over the room. The mattress felt like it was just a box spring. They charge you for bottles of water in the fridge in your room. The television is just for show. The shower had no door. No pressure in the bum gun.
