The place is beautiful and the owner and his helpers were very friendly and helpful.

I was told I need to pay R3000 on the spot for deposit, otherwise, I can’t check in. Booking.com deducted R600 more than the amount showing on the website, the lift is also very scary, it moves as if it is about to fall. Lastly, we were forced to check-out at 8am in one apartment because they apparently had an early booking, but we paid full price. N.B no visitors allowed!!

Qiiniso was a breath of fresh air as a host and it was lovely to be greeted on arrival. The apartment is well appointed; bed and linen so comfortable. Wifi was good and the Netflix/ Dstv was great. During loadshedding the wifi stays on so all is not lost! Apartment is located 200 meters from Fnb Bank City so it was safe to be in that immediate precinct. You could get a Seattle Coffee and Food Lovers groceries on the Fnb campus. The security at reception were super helpful on both day and night shifts as well as the car guard outside who was always quick to help me with my Ubers and luggage.

Had to get used to the call to prayer in early am but other than that apartment is very well insulated to noise.There is an odor that comes from the shower trap. I poured a little water in it and it sealed the U bend. I know this as I have the same problem at home.

The bathroom is amazing

Securities at the parking lot are always drunk. One even attacked us on our second night and refused to open the gate for us on a parking which we were paying. Only one lift works for the whole building, you have to call reception for them to send the lift to you. Don't expect the room to be cleaned for u. Was booked for 5 nights, all made us to even check out early and lose out on our money
