The location is very close to Grand Canyon with good view. The facilities are good , bed is comfy, kitchen has everything we need. Room size is wide and comfortable for 2 people. Wide outdoor space for car park and activities. Staff were very friendly, very well and quick support upon request.
Need maintenance for door locker, bathroom and microwave. Pots and pans may need to be replaced.

Bed was comfortable, location great
The toilet flushed.
They provided soap, shampoo
No bed bugs
Fresh sheets
Kitchen
The door lock and handle were very loose, the screw fell out, The next morning we were locked in an hour. The auto lock thought it was tampered with and wouldn't manually open. Scandalous if there was a fire
There is on inch of fuzzy dust under bed.
The toilet paper holder is dangling
The wood around the window is rotted.
It ACTIALLY 30 min to the canyon, not 20.
If the owners spent 3-4 hours fixing it would be great
