We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was exceptional from start to finish — beautifully presented with immaculate attention to detail, spotlessly clean, comfortable, safe and secure for all types of travellers and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic for coming to and from the airport. The owners really made the experience feel special. Definitely worth more than what you pay. I would personally like to thank Ashen, wife and the staff for their hard work and effort to making everyone feel so welcome. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again. Truly a 5-star experience!

We only had one night in Negombo and Asham made it the best 2 days. We thought it was going to be a quick stop but ended up so impressed with everything. The host personally drove us to the restaurant when we couldn’t find a driver, offered to change our room if we thought it was too noisy (it wasn’t!), arranged a taxi for us to our next destination and bought my partner a cupcake as we were celebrating his birthday. There is so much kindness and care in the property which is very well maintained and modern. The AC works great. If you get the chance to stay here instead of Columbo before your trip you should !

Hospitality 101. Beautifully decorated boutique style family run accommodation. Spotlessly clean, large rooms, comfortable bed, great shower. Food is delicious - we tried breakfast and dinner - it was better than anything we had elsewhere. Short and inexpensive tuk tuk ride into town. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

It is beautiful, clean and close Tuk Tuk to the centre or can walk to the lagoon.
