Quiet, clean with a lovely garden and sea view.

Ana was attentive and responsive to any questions over WhatsApp, so whatever we needed to resolve was quickly communicated and sorted out. The location is great to get to Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. I liked the garden and the view.
There was a hammering noise from the docks during the public working hours Tuesday to Friday, but I assume it was only one-off during our stay and it was only temporary. Since we were travelling it did not matter to us most of the time. No big deal.
