Splendidi panorami dell'oceano e della ICW possono essere visti dai portici di questa casa sull'isola! Casa invertita molto ben tenuta in una strada tranquilla fuori dal viale. Cinque camere da letto con 3 bagni completi e 2 bagni di servizio consentono di organizzare riunioni di grandi dimensioni. Open space con grande sala grande e cucina. Questa casa ha 2 frigoriferi per lo stoccaggio extra per salvare da più viaggi del negozio di alimentari! A pochi passi dall'accesso alla spiaggia. Il proprietario aggiungerà una piscina per la stagione 2020!

The house is really nice and the pool is beautiful. Great location! Super easy walk to the beach. The renter companys communication is poor, to say the least and the floors and bathrooms were not very clean but we had a fabulous time and it would not stop us from renting again but the house was so nice and the location is so great but the if the renter company got it together, it would really be great for the home owner. Im sure they have plenty of options.

House was great, pool was nice just beware of walk to the beach. The pictures make it look closer however the area has built up around the house and with little children it was channeling but not that far.

The location of this house was great. It was only a short walk to the beach and you can see a bit of the ocean from the top deck. The house itself was mostly what we expected from the pictures but it wasn't very clean. As soon as I walked in I could smell a wet dog smell. There was dog hair rolling around the floor when the AC popped on and all over the living room furniture. Also, the stove in the kitchen had tomato sauce splattered on it, the comforter in one of the bedrooms had been thoroughly used by a previous guest, and a bunch of lightbulbs were burnt out. I left a message for the management company but never heard back. The lack of cleanliness didn't ruin our stay. The house accommodated us well and the heated pool was great!
